Joli et sympathique appartement au cœur du 15e arrondissement
Points positifs : À quelques pas du métro Volontaires et à 20 minutes de marche de la Tour Eiffel. Petit logement sympathique dans un quartier résidentiel. Parcours digne d’un jeu de piste pour trouver la clé et entrer dans l’appartement! Le vidéo est bien, mais il faudrait le commenter ou le sous-titrer.
Points négatifs : L’immeuble est actuellement en rénovation, il est donc bruyant durant la journée.

Très agréable, je recommande.
Points positifs : Un bel appartement, bien situé dans une rue calme. L'espace est spacieux et confortable. L'ascenseur mini est une expérience assez fun, principalement pour les enfants :)
Points négatifs : Quelques petites améliorations seraient intéressantes. -> Réparation du pommeau de douche et câble. -> Une sachet ou 2 de thé et café.

Points positifs : Très bel appartement, bien situé. Il manque toutefois un tapis de bain, le sol de la salle de bain est glissant. Beau quartier, pas mal de cafés, restaurants. Décoré avec goût et jolis plafonds à la française. Notre hôte, Sarah, était très disponible, agréable. Le grand + de cet appartement, un joli balcon.

Points positifs : Un séjour parfait du début à la fin , des hôtes disponibles une literie confortable quartier sympa proche de tout L’appartement est mieux en vrai qu’en photo et est très spacieux ce qui est rare de trouver à Paris

Points positifs : Everything was wonderful. If you want to feel the atmosphere of Paris, this apartment is perfect for you. It has a slightly vintage style and all the necessary amenities. Really comfortable location
Points négatifs : There was a bit of mold, which caused a slight smell, but it didn’t bother me:)

Points positifs : Great location in historic building. Spacious (for Parisian standards) appartment. Nicely finished. Lots of restaurants and shops within vicinity. Fully equiped kitchen, and separate bathroom. Calm street, so the noise was limited.
Points négatifs : Smelly bathroom require urgent renovation. Lack of toliet paper, and WI-FI was not avaiable during our stay.

Excellent experience
Points positifs : Excellent experience of living in a typical Parisian appartment with a view over the roofs, wood floor and decor. Sarah was very helpful The appartment is well located: 3 metro stops nearby, supermarkets and bakeries in one minute from there Plus the Italian restaurant at the ground floor.
Points négatifs : The size of elevator was small for a family of three but it’s rather a detail then a real disadvantage Some guests mentioned the smell of canalisation It wasn’t critical, I would consider it as something critical It was enough to open the windows for a minute and it disappeared

Ubicación y comodidad
Points positifs : El departamento es muy cómodo y bien ubicado, puedes caminar a la torre (20min) y para ir a otras atracciones puedes tomar el metro a 5 minutos. El balcón es algo pequeño pero cumple su función.
Points négatifs : El check in no es muy cómodo, en especial en épocas de invierno y/o lluvia ya que hay que ir a recoger las llaves un par de cuadras del departamento. El ascensor es diminuto, entran 2 personas a las justas, no recomiendo ir con maletas grandes ya que tienes que hacer muchos viajes. No tienen muchos utensilios de cocinas, recomiendo implementar lo básico para una estadía de más de 5 días.
