Appartement de standing 5 - tour Eiffel/Invalides

Notre séjour s'est globalement bien passé malgré les quelques inconvénients liés au logement.

Points positifs : L'emplacement à proximité du champ de Mars, des lignes de métro, commerces et restaurants.

Points négatifs : Il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans une chambre.

Points positifs : The place was simply wonderful! The location is very central and convenient, the design is stunning and thoughtfully done, the beds are super comfortable, and the shower is spacious and pleasant. There’s an elevator, and the neighborhood is beautiful — with a supermarket, restaurants, a bakery, and cafés just around the corner, as well as nearby metro and bus stations. We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it! one thing- for us it was fun and cool — but just a heads-up: one of the rooms, with the double bed, requires climbing a ladder to reach it.

Points positifs : Nice, modern, clean apartments. Rooms are small but it is very central Paris.

Points négatifs : Only (very minor) thing was that it was very hot when we arrived. Temp of apartment was set in high 20s C. Otherwise, all superb

Points positifs : Absolutely everything,in the heart of Paris -10 min walk from Eiffel Tower - it was so cute and so clean and modern but still Carried the vintage Paris vibe I was looking for with the street and Parisian widows .The area So safe for kids and they loved the loft bed .Apartment had lovely kitchen and bathroom .Huge sofa to sleep on and 2 comfy double beds .What I loved was tv in both rooms with Netflix for kids .Lift To the 1st floor was also handy .Lovely restaurants outside ,chippy and super market .The host was very helpful with everything and so responsive and nice .I loved the keypad Instead of the keys - as I always worry about loosing keys so this was handy .I will definitely come back to it ,we weee doing paris fashion week so it was nice spot for photos as well :)

Points négatifs : Everything was perfect there is nothing I didn’t like

Points positifs : great location! nice cafes fand restaurants few minutes away, central location allows exploring paris on foot :) unusual solution for the second floor bedroom is amazing for older children who loved the idea of a secret hideout 😂 easy self check in and owners are in touch if you need to ask anything

Points négatifs : a small dishwasher would be useful

Excellent and enjoyable

Points positifs : The location was excellent! Everything you would need is a short walk away, same with Eiffel tower. The host responds quickly and everything about how to enter the aprtment is easly understandable. Very clean and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Points négatifs : It’s quite small and the matress on the second floor might needs to be changed, feels really worn out.

Points positifs : Excellent location - walkable to a number of tourist destinations (including the Eiffel tower) and easy access to both buses and metro station. Good restaurants in the area, and a supermarket right next door. The host sends very clear instructions (with pictures!) about how to access the apartment (there is a lock box, a key and 3 keypads involved). There is a tiny elevator available to help get your luggage up to the apartment. The bathroom is a good size, as is the shower.

Points négatifs : The apartment is small for 6 people (we were 4 adults and 2 children). In my opinion this apartment should not be offered for more than 4 people. One bedroom is a decent size. The second bedroom is in a loft accessible only via a ladder, and has a very low ceiling. My 4 year old could stand upright here, but my 9 year old could not (and obviously none of the adults can either). While the loft bedroom is a good size, the ladder means that it is close to impossible to get a suitcase up there. The third 'bedroom' is actually the sofa bed in the living room. Once you open this up there is less than a foot of space left in the room around bed - no place for suitcases or really anything else. Though we booked for 6 people there were only 4 full sized towels and one roll of toilet paper in the apartment. The description said that soap/shampoo would be provided - but again this was for 4 people not for 6.

Points positifs : Location, location, location! A quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, grocery store across the street, many restaurants and a boulangerie in the next block. There is a kitchenette available, including a washer, and three beds if you count the sofa bed. We enjoyed our stay here. Our children got a kick out of the “secret” loft as their bedroom.

Wonderful location and set up for a central stay in Paris.

Points positifs : Location was perfect, near the Eiffel Tower and metro, and the layout worked great for a family of two adults and two kids.
