Points positifs : Fantastic location - right in the heart of a vibrant food market and cafe area but accommodation was quiet down the back of the block. Good sized rooms for Paris in this arrondissement. Great having washing facilities

Points négatifs : Agree with previous feedback - a bread knife would have been fabulous!

Points positifs : On a very lively street with everything you would need. On the courtyard side, so very quiet.

Points négatifs : Bathroom walls need to be cleaned/painted and the toilet seats needs to be replaced.

Great stay in central Paris for family of 5.

Points positifs : Fantastic location, right in the heart of Paris and very close to an excellent range of cafes, patisseries, boulangeries. Quiet courtyard and good range of sleeping options for our family of 5.

Points négatifs : The double bed in the master bedroom was not as comfortable as it could have been. It was uneven in parts.

Points négatifs : When it rains the noise on the kitchen roof is unfortunately very loud, but I’m not sure what you could do about that… The double bed needs a bed base, I felt like I was sleeping on a slope..!

Points positifs : Discounted price by half so we felt it was excellent value. Great central location, also metros very close. Lively authentic foodie neighbourhood but quiet apartment. Characterful entrance and building. Good size bedroom/living dining area with comfortable seating and bedding. Sofa beds in both bedroom AND lounge so lots of options for family with older children. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was great. Good instructions for key etc. Quick responses. Thank you Arnaud.

Points négatifs : The shelf over sink should be replaced. Windows of living room need a clean. Be careful not to run out of hot water. Bread knife needed. Otherwise all good, thank you very much.
