Points positifs : L’hôte a été très accommodante et la communication avec elle fluide. L’appartement en lui même est lumineux, propre, spacieux et fonctionnel, situé dans une rue calme. Les lits sont très confortables. Supermarché, pharmacie et quelques restos à 300m.
Points négatifs : J’aurais apprécié trouver du savon dans la sdb et un torchon de cuisine. Je n’ai pas reussi à faire fonctionner les plaques de cuisson au gaz, j’ai utilisé uniquement celle qui est électrique. Je n’ai pas non plus pu regarder les chaînes de TV mais uniquement YouTube. Le chauffage collectif ne semblait pas allumé mais heureusement il a fait doux nous n’en avons pas eu besoin! Le miroir de la sdb aurait besoin d’être changé.

Bel appartement très calme et bien situé
Points positifs : L’emplacement est très bien, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la ligne métro 1. L’appartement est très bien agencé, très calme, spacieux, très belle lumière, vue sympa, jolie décoration. Les chambres sont grandes avec beaucoup de rangements et les lits des chambres très confortables. La propriétaire est très sympathique.
Points négatifs : L’appartement est peu défraîchi, certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnent plus, les lits du salon sont 2 banquettes 1 personnes un peu dure.

Points positifs : Le charme de l'appartement, la vue. Le tout équipé et la literie. L'autonomie pour l'arrivée/le départ et la flexibilité de la propriétaire.
Points négatifs : A part l'ascenseur (phobie), tout était parfait.

Location, Location, Location
Points positifs : The location and price point of this apartment is outstanding. It’s a 15 walk to the Arc De Triomphe where the hop-on-hop-off buses operate. This is also where the high-end shopping starts. Eiffel Tower isn’t much further too!! The apartment is a good size for Paris and has two queen beds and a sofa bed (didn’t use). There are multiple layers of building security too and a very small lift to get to the 4 1/2th floor where the apartment is. The apartment gives off shack vibes. It’s a bit rough and there’s heaps of things previous stayers have left behind. This could and should be managed better as there was heaps of empty food packaging and out of date products in the kitchen area.
Points négatifs : Couldn’t find a kitchen sink plug or tea towel. Couldn’t figure out range hood fan or lights. Just remember it’s central Paris and it’s a historical building. Hotels in this area ranged from $8000 to $200,000 per week!! :-)

Points positifs : Authentic Parisian apartment in a great location. Quiet street but, close to all the sites. Eiffel tower within 30mins walk, Arc de Triomphe and Champs de elysee 10 to 15mins walk. Lovely balcony, perfect for coffee and croissants. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was lovely too. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect stay. Highly recdomend
Points positifs : The appartment was great with a nice French flair, fireplace, a French balcony. Two bedrooms with a big comfy bed in each. The location is wonderful, the area close to Champ-Élysées and Triumphal Arch, safe, clean. The host was always reachable, stayed in touch and provided very detailed descriptions (in French - we answered in English. No issues)
Points négatifs : We have no complains and liked everything.

Very pleasant and spacious Parisian appartement in Haussmannian style!
Points positifs : Beautiful living room with balcony, fire place, and comfortable sofa for cozy late evening talks. Elegant & secure building with lift. Very nice neighbourhood, with underground Parking (Indigo Étoile Foch). 2 separate bedrooms.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is rather rudimentary, but functional. Some minor details like broken light bulbs to replace, freezer to defrost and perhaps some light general maintenance here & there.
