Points positifs : The location is beyond description. Half a minute from Champs Elysée for more than reasonable price! This alone outweighs all shortcomings. According the size of the room, which is pretty tiny, it would fit better for one person. For two of us, it needed thinking over the logistics before doing anything - but it was not a problem at all

Points négatifs : Some aspects surely need repair/renovation

We will stay again because of the location.

Points positifs : The location is excellent! The whole apartment is spacious for 3 of us.

Points négatifs : Missing kitchen utensils. The check in was a little complicated at first. If you are not used to downloading App, it would take you some times to understand the situation.

Points positifs : Incredibile position. Small but comfy. 100% recommended. If you are a couple and you want to visit Paris (planning to be outside all day) I can't think of a better solution.

Points négatifs : Few bathroom products.

Proverbial attic in Paris

Points positifs : A small attic, close to Champs-Elysees, in a fancy building. Really white, fluffy towels, a nice view over Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tour. Thank you!

Points négatifs : When you love Paris, you know that the size of flats is legendary. Like the one from An American in Paris, for instance: https://youtu.be/1jPAK7fNqSk?si=hBvEcaI1dIuk00kh. 😃 So, you don't expect too much space. Yet, sleeping on a platform, under the roof, can be romantic, but also difficult after a few hot days and no air conditioning. Not having an elevator to the 5th floor, for 2 days, after a few kilometers throughout Louvre galleries, can be painful. But then you see the Eiffel Tour from your attic window and you forget about it.

Points positifs : Overall it was very good. The location was more than great.

Points négatifs : It needs to be rennovated a bit and cleaned more.

Points positifs : Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the Champs Elysee, could not have asked for a better location. We walked everywhere, so didn’t use the metro station that is close by, but that will be handy for other guests, I’m sure. Good sized apartment, on the top floor. Washing machine to do laundry was very much appreciated. The apartment is close to lots of food options, we went to Monoprix food hall quite a bit and also found a small convenience store 2 streets away. Arc de Triomphe is about a 10 minute, maybe, walk away. The Eiffel Tower is roughly a 20 minute walk, you can also do river cruises from near the Eiffel Tower. Great communication with the managers/ hosts. I would stay again, if I ever get back to Paris.

Points négatifs : The hot water heater, in the bathroom, dripped onto the toilet seat, this might need to be looked into. One of the shower dials/taps was broken completely when we arrived, and the other one you had to be careful not to put too much pressure on it when turning on or off as that would come off also. These were mentioned to the manager, so hopefully this will be looked into. The lift was not working when we arrived, management were advised and got onto it asap, within a couple of hours it was working. We did need to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs though - as mentioned, management were apologetic about this and it was rectified quickly and the lift worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. A few minor updates could be done, the kitchen counter needs looking at, and the couch is looking a bit tired. More power points would be handy, but in an old building, may not be feasible. All in all, the management team were very responsive and helpful.

Points négatifs : need to repair the shower faucet. suggest to put a big mattress instead of two single mattress in the bigger room.
