Points positifs : L'appartement est bien situé, à proximité d'une station de métro. Les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires. Appartement très propre et bien équipé (à quelques petits détails près qui n'ont pas affecté le séjour). Lit très confortable.

Points négatifs : Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Great neighborhood and value for your money

Points positifs : I loved the location. It is just outside all the touristy areas so if you are looking to be immersed in a real Parisian experience, this is the place. The neighbourhood has amazing restaurants just down the street. Literally, any street. Just pick one, start walking and follow your nose to whatever enticing aroma you find.

Points négatifs : It was quite noisy on the Friday and Saturday night. One of the neighbors was having a party into the wee hours of the morning. It was limited to only Friday and Saturday though, very quiet the rest of the week. If you are a light sleeper, something to consider. Also, the door sticks a bit. Not an issue when you get the hang of it but good to know in advance or you may think the key isn't working.

Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hospitality and a very convenient location.

Points positifs : The apartment was very clean and neat on arrival, and we were provided with enough toiletries. They also supplied cooking oil and a bottle of water, which was very thoughtful. The heating worked very well, making the place warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent as it is very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The hosts responded very quickly to messages, even late at night, and they kindly allowed us to check out late at no additional cost, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place.

Points négatifs : The only thing we can think of was an occasional drainage smell, but this is understandable considering the building is an old one.

Points positifs : I loved the location, close proximity to excellent restaurants and cafes. Close to the metro, and a 30 min walk from the train station. It is a bit gritty, but I never felt unsafe here. I also loved that there was a stove and kitchen, extra towels, pillows and the sofa bed was terrific!

Points négatifs : This is a busy location, particularly at night. It didn't bother me because I brought my ear plugs and sleep mask and was therefore able to sleep like a log but I imagine if you didn't have these, you might have trouble sleeping.

Points positifs : Great apartment with all the amenities. It was convenient to get a key. The metro is within walking distance.

Points positifs : Buona posizione. Arredamento nuovo. Appartamento pulito.

Points négatifs : Riscaldamento completamente spento e appartamento freddo all’arrivo (piano terra, inverno, 0 gradi fuori). Zero ganci o appendiabiti nei vari ambienti per giubbini, vestiti, asciugamani. No canovacci per i piatti in cucina. Solo un comodino in camera da letto.

Points positifs : The property is located near a train station. It has two big beds!!! The owner was responsive to our concerns and he served us good food and coffee!

Points négatifs : Some parts of the house need fixing, like door knobs and cabinets

Comfy + Welcoming = We had a wonderful stay! :)

Points positifs : Peggy was super attentive since the begining! We arrived earlier, and she allowed us to leave our luggage inside until our check-in time! Easy and clear instructions for check-in and check-out throught a keybox! She also sent us a message to know if everything went well and were, ok (owner was always reachable and responsive to all my messages)! The place was neat and well cleaned, comfy sheets, blankets, and quality shampoo and shower gel made all the difference! We really felt welcomed and better served than a hotel (something rare when you rent a place)! Definately a place I would recommend to everyone, thank you Peggy! :)
