Points positifs : Location was ideal. We used Uber alot during our trip as we had many things to squeeze in during our short trip to Paris, but I'm sure the metro was pretty close from memory, so no issues getting to it if that's your choice of transport

Points négatifs : We loved everything. Honestly, we hit really lucky with this apartment

Points positifs : We had a decent stay at this place. Nice small flat with two bedrooms, was ideal for us (2 adults+1 child). The living room is a bit small but good enough for a city-dwelling touristic trip of two nights. Nighttime was quiet (unlike mentioned in the infos), that's good. Maybe because it was August.

Points négatifs : There was a construction going on at the ground floor. On monday (our departure day) we heard some noise but it wasn't a huge problem. Good thing is, this looked like a short-term renovation, should probably be over in a month or so.

A fantastic place to stay in Paris

Points positifs : The property is very nice and comfortable. The decor is well thought out and they have taken the time to create a lovely place to stay. It’s near enough to the underground to get everywhere across Paris we needed to go. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a bakery. We used the local fast food shop a few doors up which had an excellent range of food offerings at reasonable prices and stayed open late. We highly recommend staying in this property and we all enjoyed our visit. While they call out the capacity of the water tank, we were all able to take a shower without any issues at all.

Points négatifs : We had a great stay, the only thing that would have made it even better was if we had two towels per person for showering.

Ideal for exploring Paris

Points positifs : Clean, comfy beds and ideal location for exploring Paris. Lots of lovely restaurants and near supermarket.

Points négatifs : We were warned about noise but there was a full rave till 2 am (weekend)which was a bit much but we were provided with earplugs

A lovely little Paris apartment, close to shops and cafes. Not too far from metros, 20min walk to Sacre Cur and Montmatr

Points positifs : Beautifully appointed, very comfortable, clean, tidy, close to supermarket and not too far from metro stations.

Points négatifs : Only had two towels for three people.

Comfortable, clean, and great value!

Points positifs : We stayed at this apartment for 2 days and had a great experience. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Super comfortable — it really felt like home. The bedding set was also really good, making our sleep extra cozy. Of course, breakfast isn’t included (as it’s an apartment), but there are great options nearby. I especially enjoyed having a croissant and coffee just outside in the morning — everything was delicious. There are also two restaurants right downstairs, which might get busy at times, but during our stay in early April, it was surprisingly quiet. Mornings were peaceful too, which made the stay even more relaxing. The restaurants were perfect when we didn’t feel like going out. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop. Definitely recommend!

Points négatifs : Just a couple of tiny things that might be helpful for future — the toilet mat was quite small (just about one tile), the Wi-Fi password was a bit long, and in the kitchen area, the floor barrier had some nails sticking out, which could be a little uncomfortable if stepped on. Nothing major at all — overall, a really enjoyable experience!

Lovely Parisien apartment for 4 in a nice area!

Points positifs : The apartment was comfortable and warm, well-equipped with good beds and in a nice location. The communication from the owner was great!

Have a few days break to sightsee in Paris and it was ideal for us .

Points positifs : It was in a good location for visiting the sights and plenty of eateries around and easy access as well, also a good layout in the property.
