Points positifs : J'ai passé un excellent séjour pour la préparation de mon diplôme et profiter du moment avec ma copine

Points négatifs : Juste absence de micro-ondes et absence de tapis à l'intérieur de l'entrée de l'appartement Nous avons tenu à laisser l'appartement propre mais il neige où il pleut je vous laisse imaginer la situation L'accès des poubelles extérieures impossible Si non une expérience à refaire certainement avec plaisir

Un nid japonais au coeur de Paris

Points positifs : Le logement est hyper bien situé et très bien équipé. Il est aussi très bien chauffé. Il m'a été très facile de trouver les clés et d'accéder au logement, qui se trouve dans une impasse très calme.

Points positifs : The Pied A Terre is a beautifully designed and exceptional space. Glamorous but comfortable.

Points positifs : We loved the location. The flat was spacious and modern.

Points négatifs : Flat not clean or ready on arrival (at an already late 16h). We had to wait, tired and cold until 18h until we could get in. No alternatives offered. Leaking shower door, TV non functional, broken bedside light, needs a bit more TLC.

Spacious apartment in very quiet area with two large bedrooms

Points positifs : Apartments with two separate bedrooms, each with bath and one with a shower. The interior is pretty extravagant, not my taste, but that doesn’t matter if you are looking for comfort and a great location. Consider Belleville parking if you are driving. Spacious parking with cameras; you can reserve a spot. Apartment has amongst others a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, Nespresso machine, fridge and a washing machine.

Points négatifs : Difficult to ventilate. Shower drain not great and floods the bedroom. You can manage if you sacrifice two towels. Plenty towels are provided so no problem.

Exceeded my expectations

Points positifs : If you are an aesthete as me you will love this place! Great interior design. The apartment exceeded my expectations - it is more spacious and very well organized. The location is on a quite street but in a nice trendy part of Paris with many cute coffe-shops and cool restaurants around the corner. Easy to walk to Marais and other more central areas.
