Beautiful studio in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Extremely central, clean, and cozy studio right in the heart of Paris! Everything is within walking distance to the major sightseeing spots, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. We loved it! The apartment is newly renovated — very cool, modern, and thoughtfully put together. We really liked the cool design! One of the absolute highlights was being able to see Notre Dame from the window, which felt very special especially in the mornings. The flat is extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. All kitchen utensils, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials were provided, which was definitely more than we expected. Overall, a very comfortable and well-designed space, perfect for a short stay in Paris. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

The location was perfect for easy access to the metro and many food options.

Points positifs : Location was excellent. Communication from the host was excellent. Place was very small but had everything we needed.

Points négatifs : The pull out bed was great for me but my husband being 6”3 found it uncomfortable.

Great quirky spot in central Paris with view of Notre Dame

Points positifs : really central and well equipped with great use of limited space. Dish washer, washing machine/dryer and fridge all along one wall …. all great. The fold out bed was really quite comfortable and super easy to assemble. Very good support from host and great restaurant recommendations

Points positifs : The location is 10 of 10. 7 min walking to Notre dame and Latin quarter and around 10 min walking to Louvre. Beautiful house itself and small cute appartment. You see notre dame from your window:) which is amazing. Yellow metro line is 2 min walking. It is small, but smart organized place on the 6 floor. There is a lift to floor 5th, than stairs. Lift is very small, but helped a lot with our huge suitcase. The appartment is newly repaired with all you may need inside including coffee, tea, cosmetics, slippers. Dish washer tabs and washing powder is presented there too. The host lives next door, which is very convenient, he is helpful and response rate was 💯 within 1 min. I really recommend, this is perfect place to stay in the heart of Paris.

Points négatifs : AC, not central heating. It makes noise, I can’t sleep when it is on, but when you turn it off, it was a bit cold. But if you compare all advantages of this place and this ac problem - it is not a big deal. And one more thing - there is a window between kitchen and bathroom. No curtain. In the evening when light is on it looks really strange if you are not alone there. I would say a curtain is needed;)
