Pick A Flat's Apartment on l'Ile de la Cité - Quai de L'Horloge

Points positifs : L'emplacement absolument idéal au coeur de Paris, à côté des plus beaux monuments de notre capital. Un appartement très fonctionnel, des lits très conforrtables et une hôte prévenante et aimable.

Points négatifs : L'appartement manque certes un peu de lumière mais franchement cela est très secondaire car il est très fonctionnel et plus d'être joli avec ses pierres apparentes.

Les avantages emportent largement sur les inconvénients

Points positifs : L'emplacement est idéal. Le quartier est agréable. L'appartement est très bien pensé, joli. Les lits sont confortables. Le linge est fourni. Propre.

Points négatifs : L'appartement est sombre (vitrage fumé) et mal insonorisé par rapport au bruit de la rue, surtout des voitures. Mais ce sont des inconvénients qui peuvent être corrigés ! Pas de lave linge comme indiqué. Doubles informations de booking.com et de pick a flat perturbantes.

Excellent location, clean, great staff, highly recommended

Points positifs : Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Loads of amenities, lots of towels, shampoo etc. Good WIFI. Comfortable sofa bed. Cooking facilities (though we didn’t use). Apartment was as shown in photos online.

Points positifs : Fantastic location and we loved the modern aesthetic of the apartment.

Points négatifs : Windows are quite thin so you can hear a lot of noise in the front bedroom, though the back bathroom was very quiet.

We loved it and would stay again

Points négatifs : The kitchen is a bit small for cooking meals if you eat in. Heating up food is OK. No dishwasher due to space

Parisian Holiday

Points positifs : Great location, comfortable bedding enough space for 3 people. It was easy to access and had a washing machine.

Points négatifs : Light coming in 2nd bedroom windows it needs a blind there.

Quiet apartment next to Pont Neuf

Points positifs : The location was amazing, and the bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The equipment available was very good, including a stove, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine. The key box with a code was easy to use, and allowed us to deposit our luggage before the official check-in time. The rainfall shower was a little slow to drain, but this was immediately addressed by the flat manager as soon as we mentioned it. Other (unexpected) conveniences included soap and shower gel, dish washing liquid, paper towels, a sponge, a dish towel, salt and pepper in the cupboard, and Netflix on the TV.

Points négatifs : The kitchen is a bit narrow.

Great experience - Amazing location!

Points positifs : The interior was beautiful. Location was amazing! Would be hard pressed to beat it.

A romantic spot in the middle of everything

Points positifs : This is a fantastic location, and although it had been redone, many original elements are kept. It was an old tea shop, so you step directly into the street, and see the Seine, when you step out from the apartment!

Points négatifs : As the apartment is in levels, it is impossible to regulate the heat so that it is the same temperature everywhere. The hot water has low pressure and the wifi connection is quite slow. When checking out, we asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment for few hours, but they did not allow us to do that. That would have been a big help.
