Points positifs : Emplacement idéal proche d'une station de métro.

Points négatifs : Deux fenêtres en mauvais état au niveau de la fermeture. Dommage de laisser cela en l'état. Le froid passe et la condensation est importante avec l'effet du chauffage.

Points positifs : L'emplacement est super, l'appartement était propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, les lits étaient confortables,l'équipe était à l'écoute. J'ai passé un très bon séjour, je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Points négatifs : Fenêtre du salon qui ne ferme pas. Manque 2 chaises et de couverts (location pour 5). Tringle à rideaux qui se déboîte à l'ouverture des rideaux

Points négatifs : 3 chaises et un tabouret seulement dans l'appartement alors que nous étions 5. Manque une petite table basse dans le salon pour plus de confort

Points positifs : We spend 6 wonderfull days in Paris and in this appartment. The location is perfect: only 4 minutes to metro station M8. Nearby are typical paris little restaurants with very friendly people and many stores. The apartment is newly renovated and the host was very responsive. We'll come back to this appartment, when we visit Paris again.

Points positifs : We were completely satisfied with the equipment. Here's what we liked: freshly renovated, spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, a well-equipped kitchen (pans, glasses, knives, etc.), a perfectly working large refrigerator, good sound insulation, a spacious elevator. There are several metro stations near the house. ​​Lots of cafes and restaurants,Auchan.

Points négatifs : - There was not a single hanger (coat hanger) in the apartments, except for the hooks on the front door. - Very dirty windows - There is no ironing board - Noise outside the window, we had to sleep with earplugs.

Pleasant stay in Paris

Points positifs : The apartment is situated in a wonderful location. The neighborhood is quiet and offers all the necessary amenities. There is a fantastic pizzeria called 'Peppe' right on the same street. You can also find plenty of small restaurants and food stalls nearby serving delicious and affordable meals. A large Lidl supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away, while two Carrefour markets are within 3-4 minutes. Metro lines for public transport are conveniently located nearby. The apartment is renovated and very comfortable. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are brand new. It provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The photos on Booking.com are accurate and truly reflect the apartment. There is also a nice elevator in the building.

Points négatifs : Please note that an additional security deposit for potential damages is required (which was a first for me on Booking.com). The terms for this deposit are quite strict: you must wash all dishes and take out the trash before leaving, otherwise, you will be charged. There is even a rule stating that if towels are left heavily soiled, a 200€ fee applies. Another issue is the electrical installation, which is very weak. This can be a challenge, especially in January when we stayed. If you have two radiators turned on for heating, you cannot use the stove to make coffee or cook—the power trips immediately. If you aren't handy enough to reset the circuit breaker yourself, you could be left without electricity and heating. You would then need to contact the agency, but their response is not instantaneous.
