Points positifs : Un très bon contact avec le loueur, très sympathique. Un appartement avec de belles dimensions (nous étions 6 de +18 ans) et très bien équipé. Un bon emplacement proche d'un métro(n°8) et au calme. Une très belle expérience. En un mot : ravi.

Homely apartment in 12th Arrondissement
Points positifs : Thierry was a friendly host. He was in contact prior to check-in and met us on arrival (helping with luggage and explaining various aspects for our stay). Apartment was homely and located near a number of restaurants, Paris zoo (located in Bois de Vincennes) and had good transport links to the rest of Paris.

Appartamento carino, molto casalingo ma confortevole
Points positifs : Si trova fuori dal centro ma è facilmente raggiungibile in massimo una decina di minuti. il quartiere è molto carino e tranquillo. Ci sono molti servizi vicini all'appartamento come supermercati e metro. L'appartamento in sé non è enorme ma confortevole, aveva il necessario. Le camere erano spaziose e i letti comodi. Lo staff davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Points positifs : La ubicación, es espacioso. Si bien no es moderno cumple con las expectativas para poder quedarse un grupo de personas. El anfitrión ha sido muy amable y accesible todo el tiempo.
Points négatifs : Podría ser más cómodo el sofá-cama del salón principal, ya que a la hora de dormir dos personas resulta poco cómodo.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Paris in einer gemütlichen Wohnung.
Points positifs : Es ist eine private Wohnung mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. In fußläufiger Entfernung hat es diverse Märkte und Bäcker, daher war das Frühstück eben so gut, wie wir es uns selbst gemacht haben. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung war halt großstadtmäßig, man sieht das gegenüberliegende Haus. Durch die Lage in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse war es sehr ruhig. Der nette Herr, der uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat, war auch sehr hilfsbereit, als es eine kleine Panne gab. Die Sache war umgehend behoben. Danke dafür. Schön war auch, dass wir am Abreisetag selbst entscheiden konnten, wann wir die Wohnung verlassen, so mussten wir nicht mit schweren Koffern durch die Stadt ziehen. Wir würden da wieder hingehen :-)

Points positifs : Very nice and helpful host. Good location, close to subway.
Points négatifs : Old apartment with no air conditioning(which we already knew before booking). However, we stayed there during very hot days (33 C during day time) will be nice to have at least some fans.

Casa dolce casa
Points positifs : L'appartamento è accogliente, ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno come se fosse da sempre vissuto. Troverete le cose che si usano nella vita di tutti i giorni senza pensare che dovete comprarlo anche solo per pochi giorni. La cucina è dotata di detersivo per i piatti e per lavastoviglie, sale, zucchero, olio, tè, etc salviette per asciugarsi le mani, stoviglie e piatti al completo. Il proprietario cortese e simpatico si è adattato ai nostri orari tremendi di arrivo! La posizione,seppur distante dal centro città è dalle principali attrazioni, è servita e vicinissima alla stazione della metropolitana, quindi comoda!
Points négatifs : Sono una persona che si adatta molto quindi per me è andato tutto bene. Al momento l'aria condizionata è guasta ma chiudendo le serrande durante il giorno come ci ha consigliato il proprietario non abbiamo sofferto troppo il caldo.
