Points positifs : Comfortable apartment, it has everything you need, it is on the third floor, without an elevator, very quiet and accessible to everything. I recommend it 100%, thank you for everything.
Points négatifs : Hello, everything is fine, but they need to improve with the cleaning. There was a bottle of water under the bed and it was dirty. They need to clean it thoroughly, not only on the outside but also on the inside, for example under the bed, behind the furniture. They need shampoo and body soap. The ones they have are for decoration because they are empty. They need to have free space to put clothes. There are many other people's things that take up space. Anyway, thank you for everything.

Perfect Parisian gateaway
Points positifs : We had an amazing stay at this charming Airbnb in the heart of Paris! The location was absolutely unbeatable - just steps away from multiple metro lines and train stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. nice apartment, but do not arrive late!
Points positifs : Nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood, close to many things, well priced, has everything you need.
Points négatifs : communication with the host was difficult and not pleasant. I arrived late in the evening and had a problem getting into the house. Noone was reachable, that was very difficult, the contact info I got did not work then. Fortunately after an hour someone came out of the house and helped. He was rather rude also when he responded to my messages next day.

Points positifs : It was very close to the Arc of Triumph and the metro station. It's spacious and quiet. We also loved the kitchen and the washing machine. The nearby Rue Poncelet Market is a gem. We splurged on local delicacies there, and celebrated New Year in the apartment. The host responded to all my messages immediately.

Wonderfull apartment and best host!
Points positifs : The apartment was very gorgeous and very well positioned! You can reach most of the attractions in about 15 to 30 minutes by feet. The host is very kindful and available if anything is needed during the stay. Also, every service declared in the booking is actually present!

Points positifs : The location was close to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a washing machine. The kitchen was small but well equipped if you wished to prepare a meal. Marc was very helpful and polite. He was always available when we needed assistance. Thank you, Marc.
Points négatifs : It would be helpful to have some written instructions for wifi and television. Three flights of stairs with heavy luggage was quite challenging.

Points négatifs : Noh, ma ei saa öelda, et ei meeldinud, aga mõned korteri uksed käisid risti, üks takistas teise avamist. Tegelikult polnud see probleemiks, pisut harjumist vaid.
