Points positifs : Appartement très bien équipé, à proximité du métro, du supermarché, etc … environnement tranquille. Matelas très confortable. Lave-vaisselle et laveuse fonctionnent bien. Facile d’accès car aucun escalier. Situé derrière le musée d’Orsay. Je suis allée à pied à Notre-Dame, à la Tour Eiffel, etc... À deux pas des Tuileries et du Louvre. Le métro au bout de la rue va directement à Montmartre.

Points négatifs : Pour une personne qui est peu mobile, il peut être difficile d’utiliser le lit car il est entre deux murs. Il faut donc y entrer par le pied du lit. Un peu de gymnastique au menu …

Old Paris charm located very centrally

Points positifs : The apartment is located just behind Musee D'Orsay, the location is absolutely great. There is a pastry shop right on the street corner. It is very central, you can walk everywhere. It is an old building and the apartment has the charm of old Paris. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the washer and dryer is quite practical for longer stays.

Points négatifs : The front door does not close tight. There is water coming out of the sink if used for longer periods. There was a constant beeping noise every few minutes from the hallway, not sure where it was coming from.

Loved our stay in Paris.

Points positifs : The apartment is bigger than it looks on photos, clean, comfortable, has everything you need, good location, quiet neighborhood, close to public transport. Perfect for 3 adults or a family with children.

Points négatifs : we had a problem with the shower door, it couldn't be closed.

The apartment was quiet and had everything you need for a few days in the centre of Paris. We loved it!

Points positifs : The location is spectacular. The apartment is small but generous by inner Paris hotel standard.

What a great little place for sightseeing!

Points positifs : The location was superb. We walked everywhere from there... Eiffel Tower, Galleries Lafayette, Catacombs and L'Arc D'Triomphe. We literally covered every inch of Paris from this place by foot! It's a cute little place that has everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend!

Points négatifs : The only thing I'd say is that it's not as close to the Eiffel Tower as some of the other sights. So going there at night to see the lights wasn't a possibility with two children after a long day of walking 30k steps every day! But that's not the air bnb's issue!

Best localization I stayed in Paris

Points positifs : Everything is excellent. Good location, quiet place, shops nearby, close to the main tourist attractions in the city and subway stations. The host responds quickly to all messages. I believe it is an excellent cost-benefit ratio for anyone who needs a small but complete apartment. Fantastic.
