Sublime et agréable!

Points positifs : La proximité de l’arche de triomphe et des champs Élysée tout en étant un rue très calme avec plein de resto, bar et d’épicerie et pharmacie , notre séjour était parfait . Facilité de se déplacer en métro. Tout est à moins de 250 mètres L’appartement est confo et très propre, et très calme.

Paris apartment close to the Arc de Triomph

Points positifs : Location and cleanliness of apartment was perfect. The apartment is nice and bright with a small balcony.

Perfect 11 days on the great location. If you need peace near centre this is the right place!

Points positifs : Location is superb! All the facilities in the apartment made us feel comfortable, wi-fi was good, cooker, dish washer and washing machine, bathroom with window, and separate sleeping room. The instructions prepared by the owner were really helpful, and guide books (Paris, France, in English) on the shelves.

Points positifs : The apartment was centrally located where the metro and other attractions were easily accessible. It was clean and comfortable. The owner is lovely and very kindly assisted with lifting heavy suitcases up 5 flights of stairs when the elevator was out of service.

Points négatifs : The elevator was out of service when we visited, which made the climb up and down each day with young kids tiring, particularly when carrying large suitcases as we'd been travelling Europe. However, the owner was lovely and assisted with carrying suitcases and informed us of the out of service elevator before we arrived.

Excellent apartment. Really good location 5km a walk to the Arc de Triomphe

Points positifs : Location, safe access, great view from balcony, kitchen and washer/dryer. Very modern and clean.

Points négatifs : Pillows were very flat. Done extra pillows would be great.

Fantastic location. Great views from the balcony. Neat and tidy. Easy check in. A little bit hot 🥵

Points positifs : We loved staying at this apartment! It was a perfect location for exploring Paris and it was clean and tidy with enough space to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Points négatifs : Even though fans were provided, it was very hot. Being on the top floor of the building, air conditioning would have improved this apartment.

Excelente ubicación

Points positifs : La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable. A 5 minutos caminando del Arco de Triunfo. También al lado de la estación de Metro, muy fácil para moverse por todo Paris El apartamento cuenta con una habitación independiente, y una zona de cocina, mesón para comer, y sala en donde está el sofa-cama. Para 4 personas esa parte es pequeña. En general nos fue muy bien y si volvemos a Paris ese seria el apartamento que buscaríamos.
