Points positifs : Le Calme du lieu , son Confort et la localisation donnant sur La rue Levis commercante et tres vivante , la proximité du Métro
Points négatifs : Seule réserve : le manque de vaisselle à disposition ( 2 exemplaires ,tasse , verres..et pas de lieu pour faire secher la vaisselle et un branchement CAfetiere et Bouilloire déportée de la cuisine car pas de prises electriques dédiées

Studio fonctionnel pour un court séjour.
Points positifs : Proximité de mon lieu de stage. Quartier commerçant. Proximité parc Monceau.
Points négatifs : La porte du réfrigérateur difficile à fermer. Une porte de placard de la cuisine qui ne fermait pas. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'indication pour éliminer ma poubelle ménagère. Je n'ai pas réussi à fermer depuis l'extérieur les verrous avec la petite clé du trousseau. On entend la musique du studio de danse jusqu'à 22h30.

Points positifs : Nice location, apartment looks good, cooperative staff (let us move in at 12:00 instead of 16:00).
Points négatifs : Small bed for two people (140 cm). Duvet smelled musty. Dance school below. Very, very loud until 22:30 on Saturday. Deposit of 500 euros.

Points positifs : location was great, cleanliness, kitchen and all amenities. Great to have washer and dryer. Great internet service.
Points négatifs : dance club below. Super loud, every day, until about 11 pm.

Points positifs : La ubicación es lo mejor, conecta con el metro y otros medios de transporte
Points négatifs : No hay comunicación directa con el Charming Studio, la información enviada para el acceso general fue errónea y tuvimos que pedir un favor a los vecinos para poder accesar, en la medianoche y bajo la lluvia no puede suceder, lamentable…

Das Preisleistung Verhältnis war ok
Points positifs : Die Wohnungsgroße ist gut für 2 Personen für ein paar Nächte. Alles war sauber. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr, ein Föhn, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffemasxhine inklusive Pods und schwarzem Tee. Die Lage war i.O.
Points négatifs : Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster 😤 Man sieht das Dach und die Wand vom benachbarten Haus 😬 Das Zimmer war für uns zu kalt, dafür gab es eine zusätzliche Heizung, die wir auch gebraucht haben. Es gab zu wenig Toiletten Papier und nur eine gemeinsame Zudecke. Das Altbau Haus an sich war ziemlich hellhörig. Wenn jemand die Treppe hoch oder runterlief hat man es gehört. Am schlimmsten fanden wir die Tanzschule in der unteren Etage… bis 23:00 Uhr hat man laute Musik und poltern gehört. Eigentlich waren wir fast jeden Tag lange unterwegs und bis wir Bettfertig waren war es wieder ruhig, aber bis dahin war es ziemlich laut.
