Points positifs : Descriptif conforme, emplacement top et équipements de qualité

Points positifs : La localisation exceptionnelle avec vue imprenable tour Eiffel, meublé avec goût, rien ne manquait, propreté impeccable

Points positifs : L'appartement est de bonne taille et bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Le bruit venant de la rue à cause des fenêtres non isolées. Il faudrait revoir la propreté de la salle de bain. L'emplacement de parking est extrêmement étroit. Heureusement que ma voiture a l'option de stationnement automatique.

Magnifique séjour

Points positifs : L'accueil et les échanges avec les propriétaires très accueillants, la vue sublime, les 3 chambres, l'appartement est sécurisé, confortable, grand, très joliment décoré. Balcon avec une vue sur Paris et la tour Eiffel merveilleuse. Transport facile. Quartier très agréable ! Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour dans l'appartement d'Emma. Juste trop court ! Mais nous reviendrons ☺️

Points positifs : Great location close to Metro within walking distance and bus stop right outside the building. Wonderful apartment with view. Will definitely stay here again.

Points négatifs : Some of the lights needed globes replacing in the bathroom just so you know and the sink closest to the door in the bathroom, the basin plug doesn't work. Need curtains in the bedroom closest to the front door as the room is too light. A bread knife would also be helpful. These are not complaints but just feedback.

Amazing view, as described, would definitely stay again.

Points positifs : The property was as described. Amazing view of Eiffel Tower, River and City. It was warm, clean and spacious, with 1 full bathroom and a separate 2nd toilet. Good communication from the host and was easy to find and access with a small lift right to your door. The location is away from the centre of Paris in a very nice neighbour and we felt safe walking around to the supermarket (5min walk), restaurants and even after late nights out. Metro and buses are close and we used them all the time. We would definitely recommend to friends if they were coming to Paris.

Huge Apartment with amazing views!

Points positifs : It is a bit out of the way, but we were grateful for that during the music festival. The views of the Eiffel Tower are AMAZING. Over the river, sunrise, sunset and late night I found myself on the balcony (see photos). The living room and dining room are HUGE and super comfortable. I read concerns about the wifi - but we did not have any issues with it. The building is safe and secure. The hosts left a book with the directions for the house which was very clear. Uniquely decorated. I loved the big dining table.

Points négatifs : It is unfair to say this apartment is airconditioned it should say partially. There is one unit in the Living room. The giant apartment is not cooled from that one portable unit. Clearly other guests have tried to move the unit toward the bedrooms because there is a big sign advising you not to move it. Thankfully they gave fans in each of the bedroom. It would have been unbearable in June without them. That is why I gave it a nine. We were there during a heat spell. The elevator quit working during check out so we had to lug the garbage and suitcases downstairs without it. Not the fault of the property.
