Points positifs : Convenient location, nice old building, relatively spacious apartment with three bedrooms. It was comfortable for our family with three teenagers. Nice small things to mention: there was a small coffee machine with some coffee capsules, also sufficient amount of shampoo.

Points négatifs : Apartment is not equipped even with such basics as salt and pepper, not to mention a detergent. We got only one capsule for dishwasher, although we stayed for three nights. There was not even a single trash bag, we had to buy many things for our short stay. For the price we payed such basics should be provided, especially for short stays.

Points positifs : The location of this apartment was awesome! Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, metro all nearby. Main bathroom was very modern and well-appointed. I suggest adding a room divider/screen to the room with the shower and sink to provide a little more privacy when using that shower.

Points négatifs : Our stay happened to be during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning in the apartment. This is no fault of the host because there was nothing misleading about the description of the property (AC was not listed among the amenities). But it is a good lesson for us: if the property description does not explicitly state they have air conditioning, it is probably safe to assume properties in France do not have it. This was also the case with the property we booked in Caen, too. It would be good to clearly state that the property does not have air conditioning somewhere in the description, especially for travelers who come from places where AC is standard. We were not able to find the fans that the property description said were there. We did not reach out to the host to ask about them. We had the windows open to catch some breeze but people and cars were going by even at 4am.

Points positifs : Smeštaj je bio odličan. Sve je bilo kao što je i napisano. Prostran, udoban, na odlicnoj lokaciji. Agenti su bili uvek dostupni i odobrili su rani check in. Takodje, komunikacija oko preuzimanja kljuceva je odlicna.
