Points positifs : Un excellent séjour à Paris, l'appartement est propre et l'emplacement est au top. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis, le propriétaire s'est démené pour nous arranger, que ce soit pour notre heure d'arrivée ou garder nos bagages pour notre départ.

Fantastic
Points positifs : Well equipped, pretty flat in a fantastic area - lively and full of supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and independent shops - but no noise in the flat. Welcome and care of the owner during the visit was great. Easy access to tube (Pigalle, but we used others nearby too), Gare du Nord, centre. We walked to Montmatre and Sacré Coeur. It was big enough for two of us sleeping in different rooms (Mum and daughter).
Points négatifs : Nothing.

Points positifs : We loved the location, such a nice neigbourhood, with great restaurants, close to the metro station. Our host, Cedric, was extremely friendly and kind, let us keep the luggages until 18.00, long after check- out time.

A great find
Points positifs : Excellent location. Just 15min walk from Gare du Nord (so easy for arrival via Eurostar or Charles de Gaulle airport) and less than 10min walk to Pigalle Metro which gave easy access to all the key sights. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by and a supermarket across the road. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and quiet. The host was friendly and quickly resolved the one issue we had.
Points négatifs : It would have been useful to know that anyone sleeping on the sofa bed is in the kitchen area and has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not a problem, but it's good to set expectations.

Points positifs : Our host, Cedric, was very accommodating. The apartment catered for every possible need we could have. We were close to supermarkets and a boulangerie, so we could stock up on all necessities. We were close to restaurants, but we could also cook as the kitchen facilities were excellent. The apartment building was quiet, so we could rest after exploring Paris by day. The location was very close to the metro, Montmartre, and Sacré Coeur.
Points négatifs : The shower trap didn't drain fast enough, so we had manage showering times.

Great location and great little apartment
Points positifs : The location was perfect. Supermarket across the rd and restaurants all within a short walking distance.
Points négatifs : The washing machine wasn't working at the time, but there was a laundromat several doors down, so it wasn't too big a deal.

Overall we have a lovely stay in Bath
Points positifs : The apartment is cosy and the facilities are good. Host is very polite and helpful. Although the area is very busy but the apartment is quiet.
Points négatifs : The sofa bed is not very comfortable, but it suit the purpose for the third person to use for a few days.

Amazing!
Points positifs : This property was absolutely amazing and in such a great location, close to restaurants, bakeries and cafes with such a great vibe. The apartment was fantastic, so Parisian cute and had all the amenities with a great showers and very comfortable bed. We did not want to leave! Thank you Cedric, a wonderful host who was too happy to help and have great recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely recommend this place and hope we can come back here to stay. Amazing!
