Charming studio Paris City Center - Maubert Mutualité

Magnifique, j'y rerournerai sans hésiter !

Points positifs : L'emplacement. Un excellent chauffage (très appréciable par temps froid). Donne sur une rue calme. Lumineux. Équipements très complet. La disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes 👍🩷 !

Points négatifs : La faible épaisseur de la cloison avec l'appartement adjacent (les voix des voisins étaient un peu trop audibles).

Excellent hébergement

Points positifs : - Emplacement parfait, central et proche de commerce - Équipement très complet dans l'appartement : Espace cuisine très correct, excellent sèche cheveux - Très bon accueil, avec conseil pour l'arrivée - literie très confortable

Points négatifs : - la capacité du ballon d'eau chaude.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était très bien proches de tous mes contraintes professionnelles (bus métro...)

Points négatifs : Peut être il faut investir au niveau de la fenêtre un rideau électrique mais ce n'est vraiment pas une contrainte !

Beautiful stay

Points positifs : The apartment is clean, very well organized and with everything you may need during your stay. The position is ideal, less then 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame, in the beautiful Latin quarter, with bistrot, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Jean-Philippe and Elsa have been super kind and helpful. We definitely recommend a stay at Charming Studio and we look forward to come back.

Loved the stay in the apartment.

Points positifs : So central to Paris sights. I like having a kitchenette to prep some easy food so that I don't have to pay restaurant prices all the time to eat.

Points négatifs : The communal stairwell from the main entrance gives a poor impression - but the flat inside is lovely.

A lovely little apartment in an excellent location.

Points positifs : Excellent studio apartment in a brilliant location just 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. Sizeable studio, with small but nicely appointed bathroom. Excellent little kitchen area with everything you could possibly want in terms of cooking utensils and equipment. Cleaning materials all provided as well as soap and showergel. Pull out sofa bed was quite a good size and although not a comfortable as a bed, was perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Coffee pod machine also provided. Dining table and chairs also provided if you were eating in. Brilliant location for seeing the 5th with loads of excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, and a 30 minute walk to the Marais, which was a new part of Paris for us and a revelation! Quite a few busy roads nearby but as the road outside was pedestrianised there was very little noise in the apartment. A really lovely little place to stay for a couple of days!

Points négatifs : For comfort, a bed rather than a sofa bed - it would reduced the living space, but I think I'd prefer a more comfortable nights sleep than room to sit around, especially if you are out sightseeing most of the time. Just an observation, not a criticism!
