Points positifs : Emplacement très central, près du canal, des gares, de république. Vue splendide avec la tour eiffel et le sacré cœur. Immeuble sécurisé, calme et bien fréquenté. Lit confortable. Déco moderne. Instructions de check in et out claires. Restaurants et bars partout... Parkings dans la rue. Paris by night..
Points négatifs : Quelques trucs cassés, pas de verre à pied. Lavabo sdb bouché. Baie vitrée mal isolée donc on entend un peu l'ambiance extérieure. Double rideaux pas doublés et canapé taché. Manque une pastille lave vaisselle mais l'équipement fonctionne. Des bricoles qui empêchent le 10 sur 10

Wonderful apartment in a great location with amazing views.
Points positifs : Great location with amazing panoramic view across Paris. Loved having the balcony to sit & watch the buzz of the canal below and the city view. All the facilities you need.
Points négatifs : Security deposit refund was very slow to be processed.

Excellent apartment with amazing skyline views in the middle of a lively city area.
Points positifs : Magnificent view over Paris with all the big landmarks in sight (Eiffel tower, Sacré-Coeur, Montparnasse tower) in cozy Canal St Martin area full of cafés and restaurants.

I would always reserve it bilut I hope the responsiveness is more alive and less automated.
Points positifs : The location, that there’s a lift included, the bed is comfortable, the terrace and the view.
Points négatifs : The non-flexibility, i had a problem with the payment for the swikly, they didn’t accept a lebanese fresh dollar card (also it was a surprise element that I didn’t take into consideration, and they refused to give me the access to key before the insurance was paid for eventhough the stay was fully paid on booking and non refundable, it was slightly rude.

Great location would definitely use it again in the future.
Points positifs : Location and view. Canal setting was great with deck chairs available for relaxing at no cost. 5 mins from public transport. 3 supermarkets within 5 mins. Good restaurants all around. Great location for Rubgy matches in Stade de France. Will be using it again in the future.
Points négatifs : TV worked but didn't have any tv channels that we could access. Instructions would have been nice. WiFi required a registration but was in French with no option for English, so we couldn't use it. There were no instructions for waste disposal or recycling, which should have been available with no green bin options. I hope the management team addresses this. The traffic along the canal was blocked, maybe due to the olympics, and socialising along the canal can go on until 3/4 in the morning. We were so tired it didn't impact us in a negative way.

The area is very busy and noisy but the apartment is on the 6th floor so not to much of a problem.
Points positifs : The balcony was small but wonderful with fabulous views
Points négatifs : It took a long time to get our security deposit returned and the lift was broken a number of times.

Points positifs : Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, lag sehr verkehrsgünstig mit einem phantastischem Blick auf den Canal und über die Dächer von Paris.
Points négatifs : Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war oftmals anstrengend .

Das ist Paris!
Points positifs : Die Lage am Canal Saint Martin und die Aussicht vom Balkon sowie exzellente Bäckereien und Eisdielen in der Gegend machen täglich gute Laune!
Points négatifs : 1) Künstliche Blumen / Pflanzen im Apt 2) Geschirr war eher knapp bemessen und musste daher immer gleich von Hand gespült werden, die Spülmaschine konnte gar nicht zum EInsatz kommen. 3) Bohrmaschinenlärm an mehreren Tagen zu verschiedenen Zeiten (next door) war zwar angekündigt, aber dennoch teilweise sehr unangenehm
