A beautiful, spacious apartment in a fantastic location
Points positifs : The location is absolutely superb. Notre Dame is visible from the front door of the apartment, and it's a 15minute stroll to Musee D'Orsay or the Louvre. The apartment itself is enormous, with lots of space, way more than we were expecting. The kitchen facilities were great, with filters for the coffee pots and a kettle and even shopping bags in the cupboard!
Points négatifs : There was no view of the outside from the apartment, but this had been well flagged by other people, so we were not disappointed by anything.

Excellent apartment in amazing location
Points positifs : Amazing location, next to the Latin Quarter, Notre Damme and walking distance to Louvre (15 mins). Saint Michel Notre Damme metro station is closest, making getting around the city even easier (and RER B for CDG airport). The apartment had everything we needed - excellent wifi, kitchen appliances and coffee machine. The rooms were a great size - one with en suite and two others which share separate shower room and toilet. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope we will return in the future.
Points négatifs : If we had to choose anything, the lack of any view from the windows and not being able to open the bedroom windows when it got hot through the night. There is AC in each room and this was really not a big issue.

Lovely place in the centre of paris
Points positifs : Second year for us there. Lovely flat at the first floor of an elegant building just few steps from Notre dame, on the rive gauche. So much space and lovely refurbished. A little expensive but substantially correct if considering the luxury and the position. Anyway, the price in line with many other apartments rented in the centre of Paris. I definitely suggest it for a short stay in paris.
Points négatifs : The flat has no open space, terrace or balcony and, altough well lightened, it is a little dark, but this is also due to the position at the first floor of the building. I would suggest to make available some more pillows.

Loved it, were able to have our whole family together comfortably. We will be back one day.
Points positifs : Well located. Spacious. Laundry facilities. Large kitchen. Comfortable beds.
Points négatifs : Only one small window to the outside. Quite dark without lights on during the day but it didn’t really matter because we were out most of the day.

Gorgeous location in the centre of Paris, staff a little bit missing....
Points positifs : Gorgeous location, few steps from Notre dame on the seine. Fully furnished apartment, luxurious and cozy at the same time.
Points négatifs : The staff was missing. The lady who checked us in didn't speak English, although she was kind and helpful as she can. I found very difficult to communicate with all the staff, they didn't answer to my questions for hours, and they were actually a little bit missing at all. This was the only complain while the location itself is marvelous. It is a minor issue, but I suggest them to fix it to make the experience of staying there really perfect.

It’s was a lovely place to stay with all the creature comforts
Points positifs : Loved the location and the size, was so close to the sites and great places to eat around it
Points négatifs : The fridge had a funny smell and we couldn’t find the control panel for the heating so we weren’t able to adjust. Also needed another couch

Extremely clean, amazing location, heaps of space overall excellent.
Points positifs : The apartment is quiet and very clean. It has a lot of space and the location could not be better. There is everything you will need here to have a good stay.
Points négatifs : Nothing, it was all good. Some other reviews have mentioned the windows not looking on to anything but this is the center of Paris, and it never says they have a view in the description so we did not have an issue with this at all.

Very nice and clean apartment in a great and safe location
Points positifs : Great location on the left bank. Five minute walk to Sainte-Chantelle, seven minutes to Notre Dame. St. Germain was a beautiful area with cafes and shops. Apartment was very clean and prepared for us. We arrived before check-in but were able to leave luggage and put documents in the safe. We were a family of seven so we had six in the bedrooms and one on the sleeper in the living area. Sleeper was comfortable.
Points négatifs : I did not read the details so that is on me. I thought there were three bathrooms but in fact there was a full bath with shower attached to the main bedroom. There was one bathroom with only shower and vanities but no toilet. There another room with toilet only.. The only issue we had was there is a combination washer/dryer. The washer worked fine but dryer did not work. We followed directions on the dryer and even got directions from landlord but all clothes came out wet. We used the drying rack with fan and it worked out ok.
