Points positifs : Parfait lorsque l’on vient seul sur Paris. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris à pied ( ou en métro 2 arrêts très proches) , le logement est propre, literie confortable. La cuisine est équipée, idéale pour préparer le repas. La résidence est sécurisée et le logement bien isolé
Points négatifs : Pas de points négatifs mais attention c’est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur ( escalier étroit ) donc à prévoir si beaucoup de bagages ou difficultés à marcher

Points positifs : Tout ...indications précises pour accéder à l'appartement. 100 M du Moulin Rouge, Cour entretenue, un choc dans la cage d'escaliers, on se dit ouille, une fois entré dans le Studio , très agréablement Surpris. Moderne chic sans être ostentatoire, Clean , la Climatisation, ce qui faut pour cuisiner, repasser. Lit confortable, serviettes salle d'eau moelleuses & nécessaire s de Toilette à disposition.

Points positifs : Tout était parfait et très propre et idéalement situé dans Montmartre et à 2 minutes d’une station de métro. Très sécuritaire et personnel toujours à notre service très respectueusement et rapidement. Vraiment un excellent choix pour une semaine à Paris!

Bel appartement clair et confortable
Points positifs : Très belle situation géographique, rue animée mais logement en retrait de la route, sécurisé, proche Montmartre, commerces, métro. Bel appartement lumineux, clair (blanc), 3ème étage, propre, équipé, bien agencé, confortable avec canapé, très grand lit, de nombreuses doses de café pour en profiter sans devoir en acheter et ne plus jamais sans servir (aussi sachets de thé), beaucoup de prises électriques et USB, micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et belle salle de bains.
Points négatifs : La salle de bains peut être étroite selon notre corpulence (sauf la douche assez grande).

Court séjour mais parfait
Points positifs : Très bonne communication et indications pour l’appartement. Très sécurisé avec plusieurs codes pour accéder à l’appartement. Propreté irréprochable, j’ai eu l’impression d’être la première cliente dans ce si bel appartement de goût et tout équipé. Emplacement à 2min à pied du métro Toutes commodités et magasins/ restaurants aux alentours. Quartier vivant, mais aucun bruit dans l’appartement c’est très calme. Je remercie les hôtes

Amazing, cozy place in the heart of Montmartre ❤️
Points positifs : Amazing location, right in the heart of Montmartre. Very clean and has a lot of facilities. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and you can see Moulin Rouge from the entrance. The area is very safe and you can access all the main locations very easily, as the bus station is at a 2 minutes walk. There are also supermarkets and a lot of shops and you can easily walk as well to some of the main locations, such as Opera Garnier, Galleries Lafayette and, of course, the Montmartre Cathedral. Loved it and I would also recommend it for solo travelers as well, as it is a very secured building.
Points négatifs : As it is in the heart of the neighbourhood, there might be some noise at night from all the party people hanging out, but this hasn't bothered us a lot, as we knew where we were coming. Also, bear in mind that there is no elevator in the building, in case you have difficulties in climbing the stairs. (These are not things I didn't like, just some mentions for other fellow travelers). The location is great! ❤️
