Points positifs : The location was great. It was only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The Metro Line 8, bus stop, and grocery stores were a few minutes away. There were many restaurants around to choose from.
Points négatifs : It is not that I didn't like it; just to be aware, the apartment is smaller, as is typical for central Parisian apartments. But it doesn't make your holiday uncomfortable, as I am sure you plan to spend most of your time out of the apartment.

Good location, good facilities and WiFi, good communication.
Points positifs : Great location. studio was chosen to be near Tower Eiffel and Rue Cler.
Points négatifs : The space to get into the shower was problematic, and the basin may be too wide for the bathroom.

Points positifs : La posizione rimane il punto di forza della struttura, camminare nel viale e a 300m vedere la torre eiffel è un emozione unica.
Points négatifs : Ci sono 2 cose da migliorare nella struttura -fornire dei cuscini più comodi, che siano adatti per un letto (quelli forniti erano da divano ed erano anche macchiati). -un occhi in più alla pulizia (nel letto ho trovato dei capelli)

Points positifs : Отличное расположение! Квартира находится в шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей, что делает поездки по городу очень удобными. Рядом есть много кафе, магазинов и транспорта. Квартира чистая, если посуда, чайник, тостер, фен, полотенца, шампунь, мыло, паста, кофе машины, хороший интернет, постельное белье.
Points négatifs : Квартира оказалась очень маленькой - для одного вполне комфортно, но вдвоем передвигаться проблематично, так как места мало. Диван был неудобным, постоянно скатывались в середину, как в гамаке. Также не хватало базовых вещей, таких как чай и масло, что создавало небольшой дискомфорт. При бронировании требуется депозит в размере 300€ и его вернули в течение 7 дней после выезда.

L’appartamento è perfetto ma ho solo un suggerimento : metterei una tenda per la luce di prima mattina
Points positifs : La posizione, la pulizia, riscaldamento funzionante e acqua calda sempre presente, frigo e cucina disponibili. Zona tranquilla praticamente cemtralissima con bar, supermercato e soprattutto fermata della metro a due passi! Asciugamani e letto puliti!
Points négatifs : Avrei preferito sapere prima della prenotazione di una cauzione di 300 euro da versare prima della permanenza ma grazie all’assistenza di Checkmyguest ho ricevuto le istruzioni per il check in e un pronto rimborso dopo il check out.

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente, un barrio super seguro. El dpto es muy lindo, si bien es un poco chico tiene todo para pasar una buena estadía. Más que recomendable. El personal tiene muy buena predisposición.

Excellent location in the heart of the city
Points positifs : The location is absolutely excellent. We chose because we do many sport activities and decided to walk instead of using the public transport. We walked more than 70km in four days from the apartment. Many lovely restaurants around, shop literally 20m, Eiffel tower 800m that speaks for itself!
Points négatifs : The bed is a little noisy...
