Great flat worth every penny
Points positifs : Great flat - location, cleanness, equipment, you name it. Nicely designed, well-aired and heated for any preference (we were in autumn). 2 bathrooms is a rare catch in Paris, so it is a great addition. Lively, full of restos and bars, but quiet later at night neighborhood, 3 minutes to grocery store, 5 to restaurants, 7 to metro.
Points négatifs : It is not a dislike, but you need to be aware - it is a well maintained, yet not a modern building. So when kids were running in the flat upstairs, we sense it very clearly :) Thus, if you are an early bird who goes site-seeing at 10am, this wont be a problem. If not - just get the earplugs to prolong your sleep.

Points positifs : Everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, with everything within walking distance. A French bakery and shop are about three minutes from the apartment. The interior is typically French with all the amenities.

Points positifs : The location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cutlery and equipments for our group of 7.
Points négatifs : The sofa beds were really uncomfortable so the apartment is more suited for a group of 4.

Spacious comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in great location
Points positifs : Fantastic location, spacious and clean apartment. Nice linen and towels. Great kitchen. Quiet for sleeping.
Points négatifs : More hand soap. The drains in one of the showers smelled a bit.

Abbiamo adorato la posizione e tutti i servizi
Points positifs : Ben organizzato lo spazio, buona presenza di prese di corrente, luminoso e confortevole. Il silenzio della corte ha reso la vacanza e il riposo molto rilassante.
Points négatifs : Mancanza di appendi del bagno per gli asciugamani, mancanza di un appendiabiti all’ingresso. Mancano i cucchiaini.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Points positifs : Sehr sauber und ruhig und so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Points négatifs : Hellhörig, einige Teile wie die defekte Seifenschale im Bad oder im Fußboden könnten ersetzt werden. Die Wohnung hat keinen Ausblick.

Parigi è sempre un sogno che si avvera
Points positifs : La posizione eccezionale, la tranquillità della location. Il quartiere è ben servito dai mezzi è pieno di negozi. I letti comodissimi
Points négatifs : Le porte non sono adeguate (entrata e bagni) un divano/letto era sfondato. La pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare soprattutto dentro gli armadi e dietro la lavatrice e nei cassetti. Non c’è condizionatore

Perfect stay in a fantastic location for a large family
Points positifs : Fantastic location! A great value for a large family in a prime location. Close to restaurants, museums, metro, grocery stores, and shopping. The apartment also had a washer+dryer machine, which worked well (washing and drying took about 3 hours). Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed (including microwave, oven, and toaster). The hosts provided a lot of great information and recommendations - the partners they recommended were all excellent. The keybox was easy to use and made checkout a breeze.
Points négatifs : As previous reviewers mentioned, the sofa beds were not the most comfortable but they were fine for my kids. If you have heavy or lots of luggage, be aware that you’ll have to carry them through a courtyard and then up a flight or two of stairs. While this is the case throughout much of Paris, there is no air conditioning but fans were provided.

Points positifs : Le dimensioni della struttura. La disponibilità di biancheria aggiuntiva. La presenza di due bagni. La posizione. La pulizia. Le informazioni fornite dallo staff.
Points négatifs : Mancanza di un attaccapanni per i giubbotti. I due divani letto andrebbero assolutamente sostituiti, in quanto sono scomodi e in particolare uno dei due cigola e non si apre nemmeno bene.
