Appartement type loft - 40m² Marais

Tres joli et spacieux appart bien situé et équipé

Points positifs : Avoir un appartement a moi toute seule, l’espace, la flexibilité pour l’heure de l’arrivée (plus tot que d’habitude), et les provisions (savon, éponge, cafe, the, huile, etc.), belle decoration. J’avais l’impression d’être chez quelqu’un qui était en voyage ou temporairement absent — very homey feel. La situation géographique était parfait pour ce week-end. Le Marais (et en dehors de la partie touristique) est un de mes quartiers préférés. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, accès au metro a quelques pas.

Points négatifs : L’appart se situe entre deux cours intérieurs et le deuxième soir il y avait une fete dans un appartement en face. Impossible de ne pas entendre les gens, la musique, avec les fenêtres ouvertes, mais c’est la vie en ville. La lumière dans l’autre cours (cote porte d’entrée) s’allumait pendant la soirée et la nuit (parfois vers 2 ou 3 heures du matin). Il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants dans la salle de bain, ni entre la salle de bain et l’espace lit, et j’étais réveillé a chaque fois que quelqu’un rentrait ou sortait le soir. Je suis une dormeuses sensible; ca ne gênerait pas tout le monde, mais ca devrait etre facile à régler avec un volet ou rideau occultant dans la salle de bain. Pour avoir access au lit, il faut monter un escalier sans rambarde. Je n’ai pas eu de problème avec ca, mais je pense que ca pourrait poser un problème pour les personnes moins habiles, qui on le vertige, etc. Il faut juste être au courant de cette situation avant de réserver.

Points positifs : Tres bel appartement,fonctionnel,tres bien équipé,très bien situé et tres calme.

Points négatifs : Manque de place pour les affaires personnelles.

Points positifs : The location of the apartment is perfect—you step outside and you're right in the heart of Le Marais. We love walking, and almost everything you’d want to see in Paris is either within walking distance or super easy to reach by Metro, which is just a minute away. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures, so you get exactly what you expect. Some have mentioned the stairway to the bed, but we didn’t find it to be an issue. That said, adding a handrail could make it safer.

Points négatifs : I was expecting some space in the wardrobes to store my clothes, so I wouldn’t have to keep my suitcase open in the middle of the apartment. However, they were all filled with the owner’s clothes and other belongings.

Points positifs : The apartment is great and very lovely, however the entrance and walkway to get into the apartment felt slightly dodgy. It was absolutely fine but not many lights when you enter the gate/door etc and feels slightly run down, however when you enter the apartment it is beautiful and overall just a lovely space. The host also gives so much detail and is very accommodating so you have all information you may need. Note also too that there are quite a few stairs and no elevator so just be prepared in advance. Not a criticism because it is Paris so expected but just important to note. Overall we had a great stay and the apartment was well equipped and super comfortable

Points positifs : The place is just perfect. The location will give you the best Parisian experience outside of the crowded neighborhoods you could ever imagine.

A wonderful stay

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment, just as described. Location was excellent and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Charming and comfortable

Points positifs : The studio is very quiet, facing a coutryard on either side, and there is absolutely no noise. its not got direct sunlight but is still very bright with large windows. It is charming, and the location in the Marais is great. Its tastefully furnished and comfortable. Getting to the bed requires climbing up a ladder, and i think it might be most comfortable for a single traveller but it really exceeds a hotel room by miles. there is a small desk, there was coffee, there were fresh flowers - i would definitely stay again.

Points négatifs : There was a little hiccup as to where the keys were located but it was sorted with a quick and friendly phone call. I arrived earlier than planned and was able to check in already, which was great.

Points positifs : The apt and its location are great. The outside bldg containing the apt has some issues but it seems safe and reasonably OK. The quality of the apt remodeling, obviously done not too long ago, is very impressive.

Points négatifs : The sleeping loft is a cute idea but the narrow stairway for access could be dangerous without great care. It's take a little while to get used to the many light switches.

Everything was excellent, sure I would recommend it !

Points positifs : Setting and furniture, cleanliness, silence at any time of the day even tho it is located in a superbe central location in Paris. The host super available to any kind of request, tips and help.
