A super great value for money apartment in the heart of Paris with unique balcony - terrace
Points positifs : Location, spacious rooms and tremendous balcony - terrace are the biggest advantages of t he apartment. It was a brilliant mix of city life (very close to Eifel tower), yet very cozy and private to have a rest. Solid window blinds help to reduce the city buzz. Host respresentative was super helpful and fast with replies.
Points négatifs : There are little things that do not change the overall experience yet need some maintenance: terrace in the balcony could be refurbished and cleaned a bit more properly, TV was unable to connect to wifi, solid blinds do not work in one of the rooms.

Great place to stay, just keep your expectations low about the balcony. Inside its great and the location is perfect!
Points positifs : Things I loved: the apartment is very new, inside is very clean, good facilities, very comfortable beds and sofa. Good vibe. The train noise is very low, just a vibration and the location… oh the location was perfect!
Points négatifs : One of the reasons I rented the place was the balcony and the owners simply ignored that this part exist, they don’t bother to pay the cleaner to clean. We couldn’t use at all since we have a toddler and it was super dirty. Inside was very clean, they just need to put some effort, or hire two cleaners to clean the whole apartment between the bookings. There was some complaints about the noise, we didn’t heard a thing and no construction on the floor upstairs.

excellent accommodation for a visit to paris
Points positifs : the location is excellent, there are places to eat across the street and at a good price. It is one block from the subway exit and very close to the Tower. the apartment, huge. very modern, very complete, ideal for family groups.

Points positifs : The location and the apartment are amazing, you have everything around including the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is big, clean and with a very big terrace.
Points négatifs : The only thing I would like that they improve is the speed of the wifi. Because the speed is slow the photos of your iPhone don't upload and you are at risk of loosing all the new photos you have taken.

Top Lage, sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder
Points positifs : Ist sehr zentral. 10 Minuten bis zur Eiffel. Sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe. 2 Minuten entfernt ein Supermarkt. Küchenaustattung wie beschrieben vorhanden. Wir haben nur die Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher benutzt, über die Funktion der anderen Geräte kann ich nichts dazu schreiben.
Points négatifs : Leider hat der Rolladen im Wohnzimmer nicht funktioniert. Tischplatte auf der Terrasse hat gefehlt, man konnte keine Tassen ablegen. Im Bad war der Spiegelschrank verbogen/gebrochen von innen. Für empfindliche Gäste wäre es nichts, da die U Bahn direkt unten durchfährt und man es hört. Auch die Straße ist lebhaft.

Points positifs : De locatie was top, op minder dan 1 km van de Eiffeltoren. Het was een mooi en ruim appartment met een groot balkon

Points positifs : Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich, an einer belebten Straße mit vielen Cafés und Bistros, Supermärkte einige in der Gegend, die Metro-Station direkt vor der Haustüre, und last but not least der Eiffelturm in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
