Points positifs : Le logement est très agréable, bien décoré et équipé De grands placard dans l’entrée pour pouvoir bien organiser son séjour sans avoir des affaires partout. L’accès autonome est pratique.

Points négatifs : C’est très bruyant (on entant parfaitement les voisins) et la literie n’est pas très confortable.

Points positifs : Confortable, équipement complet et réactivité du service quand j’ai eu une question, proche métro convention

New Year in Paris

Points positifs : •\tThe apartment has a modern renovation, with some minor imperfections. •\tThe Eiffel Tower is within walking distance, which is a big advantage. •\tThe apartment is well equipped: dishes, pots, frying pan, cutlery, plates, cups, kettle, and TV were available. •\tThe room was prepared upon arrival: clean bed linen, cleaning products, soap, and toilet paper were provided. •\tThe apartment has two toilets and one bathroom, which is very convenient, especially for families. •\tA large Monoprix supermarket is located nearby. •\tConvention metro station is only a 5–7 minute walk away. •\tCheck-in was smooth and well organized; all necessary information was provided in advance.

Points négatifs : •\tSound insulation is poor. On three occasions, neighbors woke us up during the night due to loud conversations and shouting. •\tWhen using the electric kettle or the electric oven, the main circuit breaker often trips, causing a power outage in the entire apartment. •\tThe left door in the bathroom does not close properly. •\tOne of the two power sockets near the sofa bed was not working.

Points positifs : Appreciated the digital access, but may want to provide a key as back up.

Points négatifs : The washing machine was broken, but the host may not have been aware of that until I told them.

Good place for a family of 2 adults 2 children on tour in Paris

Points positifs : Equipped with everything we need. Two bathrooms. Host provided portable AC, which was nice on the warm days. Restaurants, bakeries, fast foods, pharmacy, grocery stores, metro station and buses nearby. Easy to get to the usual tourist destinations from here. Yet the distance away from the center gave us an opportunity to experience life as Parisian, albeit for only a week. Roadside market stalls on Sunday along the main road.

Points positifs : Really well set up apartment with everything you would need! We used the sofa bed which was really good size so could easily fit 2 adults - obvs took most of Levi f area up when down! Lovely decor and WiFi throughout! Nice to have 2 bathrooms - all really clean and spacious. 5 min walk to the metro which could get you anywhere in Paris without about 30 mins! Would defo go back!

Points négatifs : Nothing. It took us a while to realise which door on the Main Street it was - the pics on the site showed the inner courtyard entrance not the Main Street entrance! The QR code was a little temperamental sometimes - just be patient!

Points positifs : Muy bien diseñado, buenos servicios, y bien dotado para que la estancia sea placentera

Points négatifs : Que la calefacción no funcionaba
