Great location.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic and the apartment is spacious

Points négatifs : There is a fabulous walk in wardrobe attached to the bathroom. However, no coat hangers are provided to hang clothing. Also no light in the shower so it's quite dark

Una perla.

Points positifs : Lo spazio, la posizione e la pulizia sono i suoi punti di forza, introvabili su Parigi in questa zona. L'appartamento é ampio e garantisce tutto il confort.

Points négatifs : Ci siamo andati in inverno, doccia e camera un po' freddi, il resto dell' appartamento però é stato bello caldo. Il cortile su cui affaccia é interno e quindi tranquillo ma su spazzatura condominiale (non si sentono odori in casa però).

Nice place in a fun area!

Points positifs : Location was excellent! Host was responsive. There was an issue with the washing machine not working, which is one of the main reasons we book an airbnb is so we can do laundry, however, they did send someone to pick up and do our laundry.

Points négatifs : A lot of the light switches didn't seem to turn anything on and the lights on the wall in the living room didn't work. The dishwasher also didn't work or we didn't know how to operate it. It might be a bonus to have some kind of instructions for both the washer and the dishwasher.

Beautiful well thought out apartment in the center of Paris. Perfect little hideaway.

Points positifs : The location is amazing. Very safe apartment. Fob to access and then another security entrance gate behind - I look for this security as a female travelling. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. The apartment even though in a central area was very private

Points négatifs : There was a little construction during the week in the apartment block but I am sure that was a once off. That wouldn't deter me from booking it again.

Overall this apartment is an awesome stay in the best neighborhood in Paris- fully equipped and very nice.

Points positifs : Everything was as pictured. Very nice, clean, updated and had AC! We also enjoyed having the pullout couch option for watching a movie etc.

Points négatifs : The only unfortunate part of our stay was the very loud construction happening on the roof/outside the bedroom window of the apartment. It was very loud and started at 8am Friday and even Saturday. This really affected our much needed sleep.

Schöne und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung ohne Aussicht

Points positifs : Schöner und geräumiger Wohn- und Essbereich. Super Dusche! Gutes Bett.

Points négatifs : Fenster mit satinierter Folie beklebt, um Einsicht in Wohnung, die sich im Erdgeschoss im Innenhof befindet, zu vermeiden. Dadurch aber auch keine Aussicht. Aktuell Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbargebäude, daher oft Baulärm zwischen 8:00 und 17:00 Uhr. Wohnung u.E. nur für 3, max. 4 Personen geeignet.
