Emplacement parfait pour faire du tourisme . Et au calme pour bien récupérer !

Points positifs : Appartement au rdc sur cour, très calme. Bien décoré, literie exceptionnelle

Points négatifs : Comme c’est un rdc sur cour, ce n’est pas très lumineux mais pas dérangeant.

Points positifs : Wonderful location Clean and comfortable apartment They were flexible and let us store our baggage in the room few hours before check-in.

Nice property close to Bastille

Points positifs : The apartment is small but very clean and cosy. It has 1 double bed and an expandable sofa-bed for 2 people. So 4 people can stay. The host was very active, and communication was smooth and nice. I am very grateful for allowing us to check in earlier and chec-out 1h later. It is not always an option, but I am grateful for the exception host made. On a rainy day, we could turn on the heating and dry our things and make apparent warm. Apartment nicely decorated.

Points négatifs : The apartment is really nice and I liked all of it. There are no general things to consider for the future. There are no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, oil, and some spices. Would improve guest' experience for sure and they every single guest does not have to buy and then throw it away, especially if staying just for couple of days. Some options of tea would be nice to have. Lack of washing machine but I understand there is no space to have it there.

A place to get back to!

Points positifs : Very cosy apartment, nicely decorated with high quality appliances and beddings. It has everything for a short term stay. Quite small but sufficient for a family with 1-2 kids. The area is not very central but close to metro stations. A lot of very nice places to eat and drink, more locals than tourists, which os great.

Comfort, Cleanliness and Location

Points positifs : Leo was an excellent host. The stay was very pleasant. Everything very comfortable and new. They were very careful with cleaning. The location is excellent. Plenty of commerce very close by.

Amazing, comfortable and spacious stay that felt like home

Points positifs : Very comfortable, enough space for a couple and a 7 year old child. All the amenities you could need, plenty of linens and towels, and a wonderful safe space to rest after a long day out (especially with the motorised shutters that keep out all light and sound). Amazing restaurants and shops just outside the door!

Points négatifs : Nothing negative. It’s a bit outside of the main touristy areas but really not a problem as there are plenty of busses and metros within easy walking distance.

Points positifs : Great location. Very quiet and clean. Excellent kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable bed.

Excellent apartment.

Points positifs : The apartment is just renovated, modern and comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything needed. The location is perfect and Leo is very nice host. We had a problem with the heating system but he did the best to resolve the problem quickly.

Beautiful!

Points positifs : The flat was newly renovated & set up smart. We were 3 people and had enough room. The location was great! The small local store next door sells the best cheese & fresh vegetable. There were also many restaurants and bars around- however, with the flat being in an inner courtyard, you don’t gear the noises at night.

Points négatifs : The communication with the owner was a bit weird. We asked few things which he answered but never full filled.
