Points positifs : Le calme : situé dans la cour donc loin du bruit de la rue. L emplacement : proximité immédiate de tout , métros, restos, boulangeries, épiceries.… La propreté et le confort de l appartement, l’agencement. Appartement vraiment très propre. Fidèle à la description

Smooth check in, perfect location and neighbourhood, spaciou
Points positifs : I stayed here with two colleagues, and it was perfect for our trip. The location couldn’t be better- close to everything we needed- lots of good restaurants and the fruit stall downstairs was amazing. The space was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a small group. Highly recommend!
Points négatifs : nothing really, apart from only 1 pair of key

Points positifs : Great location. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and bang on in the middle of buzzling Canal St Martin. Its clean and spacious ( for Paris standards). Great for groups of 4 (or more if you don’t mind sharing beds)
Points négatifs : Not an issue for us, but apartment description says its up to 8 people. It may technically fit but it will get quite cozy

Cozy family visit in quiet but central Paris area
Points positifs : The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to metro stations which took us to all the major sights, and also close to so many shops, bakeries, restaurants. The flat was comfortable and we had enough space. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking space. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The hosts were nice and responsive to our questions.
Points négatifs : We were a bit concerned about two of the showers being in the bedrooms, which didn't have any extra ventilation installed aside from opening windows. The upstairs had a bit of a stale odour when we arrived but we were able to ventilate that out by opening windows. Also, one bedroom has only an internal window so it got a bit stuffy in there. Kitchen did not have a microwave, nor basic cooking items like oil, salt and pepper (which would be handy in a rental like this). I don't know if it was a mistake, but we were given hand towels for showering. We made it work, but it was unexpected. There could also be more instructions for recycling, as we weren't quite sure how to sort things.

Heel fijn en comfortabel appartement en de ligging is ook helemaal top!
Points positifs : Perfecte locatie, fijn appartement gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. Heel comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Heerlijk en rustig geslapen. Wij hebben genoten van dit verblijf en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Points positifs : Quartos amplos, camas confortáveis. Cozinha bem equipada. Pertinho do metrô Jaques Bonserjan. Estávamos em 7 e muito bem instalados.
Points négatifs : Falta microondas e o carpete é desconfortável, muito rústico.

Excellent accomodations that all who stayed enjoyed. The location was near many accomodations
Points positifs : Tucked away on a smaller side street, away from the busy main streets so it was very quiet. Close to many restaurants and bakeries and several groceries stores. Very close to a metro station (less than a couple minutes walk), and not far from Gare d'Nord. Very conviently located.
Points négatifs : Washer is just a washer, no dryer, but there is a very easy and reasonably clean laundrymat about a block away that has dryers that did the job for a good price. The floors in the upstairs bedroom have an usual choice of flooring that took some getting used too, but the hosts provided slippers that made that easy as well.

Points positifs : Todo estaba muy limpio y muy bien decorado. Las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación muy buena, con una estación de metro a 2 minutos. Sin duda volveremos!!!

Points positifs : El apartamento es un dúplex muy amplio, confortable y limpio. Nosotros éramos 8. En la planta baja hay una habitación de matrimonio y un sofá cama también de matrimonio, cuarto de baño y cocina completa con lavadora-secadora y lavavajillas. En la planta de arriba hay dos habitaciones de matrimonio con dos duchas. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Había bastante ropa de cama y toallas. Hay televisor y wifi. Es un barrio muy tranquilo con tiendas, bares, restaurantes y panadería cerca. Hay una estación de metro en la esquina que comunica muy bien todo Paris. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente. Las instrucciones para el check-in muy claras, fue muy fácil. Lo recomiendo.

Goed appartement in fijne wijk
Points positifs : Prima communicatie met host. Mooi appartement in leuke wijk. Leuke restaurants in directe omgeving evenals bakkers en supermarkt. Vlakbij de Metro. Alle bezienswaardigheden snel te bereiken. Appartement op begane grond. 3 slaapkamers, 3 douches (waarvan 1 in bad) alle benodigdheden, bestek, glazen,borden, kommen, handdoeken, zeep en Shampoo ruim voorradig. Geen borg ingehouden. Goede begeleiding bij inchecken. Dit ging zeer gemakkelijk. Aanbevelenswaardig.
