We love Paris, and we loved the apartment!

Points positifs : The apartment was well fitted out, the beds were comfortable, the apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the location was perfect - about 2 minutes to the nearest Metro!

Points négatifs : A microwave oven would have made preparing meals a little easier, and some basic instructions for the dishwasher and washing machine would make using them a little simpler.

Points positifs : The location of the property was pretty central to explore Montmarte and then also get to the other areas of Paris - 20 minute walk to get into the mix or a metro station that was on a good line was one block away. We stayed for two weeks and cooked a number of meals in the apartment and had everything that we needed. The host was responsive to texts and we had no issues.

Points négatifs : The street noise was fairly loud given the first floor location and busy street out front. We played white noise on our speaker and were perfectly fine, but if you are sensitive to this, it may be an issue. Also the WC was a little tight/cold (we were there in November), but it was nice that it was separated from the shower room, so it just depends what you prefer.

Points positifs : Sehr funktionelles Apartment. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Sauber, hell, tolle Lage und unkompliziertes Check-in.

Points négatifs : Leider war es unglaublich laut. Wir haben die ganze Nacht Autos, Krankenwagen und Lärm von den Nachbarn gehört.

Paris Paradies

Points positifs : Mix aus Minimalismus und hochwertigem Equipment. Bett und Schlafcouch waren super! Es gibt eine schmale Toilette und ein süßes Bad zum Wohlfühlen. Kaffeemaschine (mit Kapseln) war auch klasse. Mehrmals sympathischer E-Mail Kontakt. Lage ist genial. Supermarkt gegenüber, Zum Bus und Metro geht man ein paar Schritte.

Points négatifs : Ein Nudelsieb und paar Haken im Bad fehlen.

My stay was fine.

Points positifs : The location was very near public transportation and in an improving, friendly, middle-class mixed neighborhood. The apartment on the 1st floor, with maybe 15 steps to climb, was renovated nicely and almost looked new. Cafes, shops, & ATMs nearby. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. There was considerable closet and storage space. The place was spotless. The management was attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Points négatifs : Eventually, I learned that opening the apartment door required me to always pull the door back after inserting the key and before turning it. Initially, I had difficulty using WhatsApp to communicate with management. The shower drain clogged. Hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. The apartment had every appliance except a microwave.

Points positifs : Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στη Sacré-Cœur. Η πρόσβαση σε μέσα μεταφοράς (λεωφορεία και μετρό) ήταν εύκολη και άμεση, ενώ υπήρχε και υπεραγορά σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση, κάτι που ήταν ιδιαίτερα βολικό.

Points négatifs : Το βράδυ υπήρχε αρκετός θόρυβος από τη λεωφόρο, κάτι που επηρέασε την ησυχία μας. Θα ήταν καλό να βελτιωθεί η ηχομόνωση του καταλύματος.

Points positifs : Location was very close to the metro. The apartment was very cute and clean. We stayed with 2 adults and a teenager.

Points négatifs : There was some street noise.
