Points positifs : Bel appartement dans un quartier très agréable. Très bien équipé et au calme.

Points négatifs : Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable et pas de stores vraiment obscurcissants.

Lovely weekend in Paris🥐

Points positifs : The apartment was truly incredibly clean, cozy, and very nicely equipped. The host, Thierre, was very pleasant and welcomed us with a small gift. The location of the apartment is amazing – I wouldn’t change it for anything. Everything in the city center is within walking distance. There is a small Carrefour store on the street, and nearby you can find restaurants, shops, crêperies, and cafés.

Points négatifs : The apartment is on a higher floor, so you need to take the stairs. It didn’t bother us at all, but for some people it might be a disadvantage. The water pressure was weaker in the evening when 4 adults were taking showers.

Points positifs : The location was great - very close to the Pont Marie metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. A small grocery store is on the corner. The apartment was clean and obviously well cared for. Air conditioning was helpful at night. The host was kind and helpful.

Points négatifs : Only that there was three flights of stairs.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location.

Points positifs : Location was good , lots of great restaurants nearby and the island is an oasis of calm in the centre of Paris . The property is a good size and is very homely and comfortable . It was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed. Communication with Flavio was great and he was very responsive to our questions.

Points négatifs : The bed was a little harder than we are used to, but it didn’t spoil our stay. Common areas in the building are generally very tired and we were concerned when we arrived - but once you are inside the flat, it is lovely

Points positifs : Amazing location, the place is in the heart of the city, so you can easily get almost everywhere by foot. Apartments have great design with a lovely view on the river. We had welcome coffee&tea set, coffe machine, all needed for cookoing as well. Nice supermarket in 100 meters. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby, we enjoyed dinner in Auberge de la Reine Blanche.
