Loved our stay

Points positifs : Everything we need as family of 4. Close to effel tower and train station ,walking distance. Lift to the room.Great communication with the host. Nice vibe .view of effel tower from the lounge .Close go nice resturants .Highly recommend .

Really enjoyed this place. The owner was so kind. Self check in made this really easy! He also allowed us late check out

Points positifs : The location was good, in a secure area that we felt safe in. Needed a code for the gate and then another code for the door , aswell as a key for the actual apartment. Nice and clean and tidy

Points négatifs : I genuinely couldn’t really fault this place.

Points positifs : Great location, easy walk to Arc de Triomphe and Eiffle Tower. Good clear communication from host, easy to access appartment.

Points négatifs : Shower wet & hot but could do with a curtain as bathroom floor gets very wet! Lack of instructions to use TV and wifi.

Everything we were looking for.

Points positifs : It was the perfect location to explore Paris. The kids loved watching the Tower sparkle from the window at night once we got back from our evening out. Everything was close by, easy to get around and beautifully rustic apartment building.

Points négatifs : It was small but then most affordable places in Paris are. The bin men made a big noise one morning but that is necessity and it was only audible because we had the window open.

Points positifs : The apartment is halfway between the Eiffel Tower and the Arc De Triomphe. The apartment was clean and very cosy. we had two and two teenage girls. Not to forget the View of the Eiffel Tower. Magnificent

Amazing Paris apartment, will stay here again.

Points positifs : The host is really friendly and communicated with us on the app. The location is perfect, walking distance to the main sights and cafes at the door step. A safe and family friendly apartment and location. The kitchen and the large windows have a truly French feeling.

Points positifs : It was a perfect location near to restaurants and Eiffel tower. Was a safe neighborhood. The apartment was comfy and had Eiffel tower view.

PRIME LOCATION/VIEW - didn't matter the small size and shower

Points positifs : Keep in mind many places throughout Paris are small, but this place accommodated (a snug fit) a busy family of 4 (2 adults and two teens). Location for this spot is PRIME!! Close metro and restaurants, and walking distance to multiple landmarks! Also, being able to see the eiffel tower every morning/night was cool!

Points négatifs : As with a few other reviews, the only issue we had was with the shower. I'm small, so I didnt have much of an issue with the water escaping beyond the small glass barrier, but for my kids and husband, the water ended up on the bathroom floor a bit. Tip: the handheld shower head is adjustable (angle and height). I think adjusting the shower head helped me keep the water in the shower as much as possible. It wasn't ideal, but it worked!
