Charming Apart NEW 2 Bedrooms with Aircon

Appartement très bien situé, confortable et agréable, mais avec certaines nuances importantes.

Points positifs : L'emplacement est très intéressant sur une rue relativement calme; plusieurs services sont accessibles à pied dont le métro. L'appartement est relativement grand pour la région parisienne. C'est confortable et très propre. La douche était simplement divine!

Points négatifs : L'isolation acoustique est minimale, heureusement que la rue n'est pas bruyante, mais on a été réveillés à plusieurs reprises. On aurait apprécié une cuisine un peu plus équipée, mais il y avait le strict minimum qui permettait de se débrouiller. Les matelas sont corrects, mais sans plus. Quant à l'accueil, il est complètement automatisé: une clé dans une boîte à codes et des consignes écrites. Comme accueil, c'est froid, distant et totalement impersonnel. Cela peut convenir à certaines personnes, mais pour nous, c'était triste!

Perfect for couples/friends!

Points positifs : The location of the property was perfect for our trip! You’re close by to the metro and can get to central Paris quickly to do the touristy stuff but the restaurants and shops surrounding the apartment are amazing and well worth the visit. The owner had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and the apartment looks just like the pictures. Does not disappoint!☺️

Points positifs : The apartment was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, bars, the Metro and Bastille market. It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Points négatifs : The only downside is that it is a converted shop on street level. It has frosted windows on the street front and a roll down shutter. If you had the shutter up you would have people walking past very close by the living area and one of the bedrooms. This may bother some people I think.

Good place to stay for a few days to see the sights of Paris.

Points positifs : Very clean and well equipped. Good hot water. Lovely sheets & plenty of towels provided. Good coffee machine & dishwasher. Clear instructions for key collection. Good location for restaurants, shops and outdoor market.

Points négatifs : Could be noisy from outside, from the road and pavement due to very thin wall next to pavement in lounge and one bedroom. Creaky bed in other bedroom. No bedside lights. Automatic light outside bedrooms caused disturbance at night as did the courtyard outside light in bedroom.

Nice place and secure in Paris

Points positifs : I appreciated the cleanliness, the careful decoration, this apartment is modern and well equipped. Communication with the owner is fluid, always available. I spent Christmas with my family and we had a blast over there ! I recommend :)

Points positifs : Le accortezze. Una coperta sul divano, piattaforme tv aperte e la casa calda al nostro arrivo.

Very nice apartment in a convenient location

Points positifs : Location is within walking distance from 2 metro stations and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The apartment was clean and the property manager was very friendly and responsive to questions.

Points négatifs : The washer/dryer unit didn't do a very good job drying towels, so we used the towels warmer to finish drying them.
