It is a studio so small, but well appointed clean and cosy, great location.

Points positifs : Very quiet, double glazed. Ground floor. Well appointed. Excellent location.

Points négatifs : You must be tiny and tidy to fit into it . Not a problem if you fit this category.

Excellent little apartment

Points positifs : Stunning and affordable tiny house in the centre of Paris with good public transport connections and close to various eateries and restaurants. It was clean and it had a clever layout considering the size. The contact manager was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Points négatifs : A cotton kitchen towel or two would have been great, but it was literally the only thing that was missing, so no real complaints to be honest.

Fantastic place for sightseeing around Paris with some great bars and restaurants nearby.

Points positifs : The Great Location!! property was clean, instructions were concise and clear for arrival.

Points négatifs : Quite small and the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente, hay mucho que hacer a los alrededores. El tren y el autobús están a tan solo unos pasos

Points négatifs : No tiene cama, tiene un sofá cama y es súper incómodo, no pudimos dormir

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente y tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos días en el centro de París.

Points négatifs : Cuando se abre el sofá no queda espacio, aunque si la función es ir a la hora de dormir cumple con las expectativas.

Pequeño pero acogedor

Points positifs : Fui con mi hija y fue un espacio ideal. Està bien ubicado y bien equipado. Tiene todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente. Està cerca a la zona central, es un barrio seguro, cerca a carrefour y puedes hacer un mercado a buen precio.
