Joli studio parisien

Points positifs : Excellent rapport qualité prix. Fidèle au descriptif. Accueil ok . Métro 9 au pied du logement. La vue depuis le balcon est un joli bonus.

Points négatifs : Juste faire attention aux horaires d'arrivée. Bien échanger avec la propriétaire en amont, il y a une petite coquille sur le site à ce sujet 😉.

C'était tout simplement génial.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était idéal. Le logement comporte tout ce qu'il faut et le service était impeccable. J'ai grandement apprécié la disponibilité de l'hôte et son dévouement pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

Points négatifs : Toilettes non privatives.

Dès réglages à faire dans le studio mais à part çà tout était très bien. Encore merci pour l'accueil

Points positifs : L'accueil agréable, la situation du logement, facile pour se déplacer, métro très proche. Lors de l'accueil de bonnes informations sont données pour le séjour. Malgré que ce studio se trouve sur le boulevard Voltaire, l'endroit est calme.

Points négatifs : Bien que dans la description des équipements le WC n'est pas mentionné, on suppose qu'il se trouve dans le studio. En fait non, sur le palier, même s'il n'est utilisé que par un autre appartement, ce serait bien de l'indiqué. La connexion WIFI, je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais faut redémarrer le routeur au moins une fois car la connexion s'arrête. Le robinet du lavabo à refixer, peut-être revoir l'installation électrique, nous nous sommes servis de la bouilloire électrique, de la plaque de cuisson et du micro onde en même temps et tout à disjoncter. l'abattant du wc qui n'est plus fixer. Je n'écris pas ces mots pour être sévère ou mécontent mais seulement des critiques constructives.

Points positifs : Great location, 2 mins walk to line 5 and 9 giving you easy, fast access to all the top Paris sites. Great Boulangerie on the corner. Lovely old building, tiny lift that's a cool feature. Bijoux eves flat with Emily in Paris vibes. Small but has everything. Comfy beds, hot water, internet access, netflix,prime etc on the TV. Range of toiletries to use and a few bits on the kitchen. Hosts were very attentive and check in out was very easy. We would stay again.

Points négatifs : Obviously the toilet is shared, 5 metres down the hall. But it's clean and when we were there it seemed like only one of the studios was occupied. It wasn't a problem for us. Fixing the shower might be a good idea as it's hand held at the moment which is less convenient when washing your hair. But two minor things, overall we loved the apartment and there's a classic Parisian rooftop view from the tiny terrace

Great stay in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Incredible location close to the saint ambroise church with lots of food spots and gardens in the neighbourhood. There are two different metro stations nearby to give access to most lines in Paris. The room is spaceous enough and the apartment even has a small elevator.

Points négatifs : The toilet is across the hall and shared with other guests. Might be good to bring slippers. The loft bed was shaking a lot and felt a bit unstable.

Cozy stay with a lovely balcony and friendly staff!

Points positifs : The apartment was exceptionally comfortable. It's amazing how everything you need for a short stay fits so perfectly into such a small space! Our favorite part was the charming little balcony and the lovely view from it. The staff were also very kind and always available throughout our stay. :)

Superb stay. We will be back!

Points positifs : The studio had everything we needed for a comfy stay - two coffee machines, air fryer, electric hob, crockery.

Points négatifs : If you weren’t mobile, it would be tricky, as the apartment is in the top floor and the lift does not go completely to ground level or to the top floor. Fine for people who can navigate a couple of steps though :)

Points positifs : Everything was amazing. We loved our stay, apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The host was nice and even let us check out very early, even thought check out time was from 10 am. Toilet was outside the apartment, but that was not a problem. Apartment is nice and cozy, I would love to stay here again.
