Studio Paris 7e Tour Eiffel

Points positifs : Funky little place in a great location. Great amount of space (for Paris) , comfortable bed in loft/mezzanine and nice living area with boho chairs, desk and panelling

Points négatifs : Toilet outside of room (though sole use) and small, plastic shower cubicle (though good pressure and adequately hot water). Didn't use small kitchenette, but v basic. All minor issues given price, location and funkiness

I highly recommend this place

Points positifs : I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was exceptional, giving the impression of being in a beautiful Haussmann-style mansion while enjoying the comfort of private apartments. Overall, my stay went very well. A special mention to the host, who was welcoming, attentive, and always available to ensure everything went smoothly.

Points négatifs : I didn’t encounter any particular issues, except that I wasn’t used to having the bathroom outside the apartment. However, the host was very accommodating and kindly offered to move me to another studio, providing me with a spacious and beautiful room with a full private bathroom.

Cute little studio, for a short stay

Points positifs : Perfect for solo traveller, Antonio super helpful, quiet area, several metro entrances nearby. Only a few stairs at entrance, easy manage with luggage. Comfy bed. Plenty of room. Lovely big window opens for fresh air.

Points négatifs : Sink and shower are in the apartment. Be aware the toilet is in a separate room nextdoor. So during the night you would need to navigate down the steep stairs from loft bed, in the dark, unlock door, go out to hallway and unlock next door to access toilet. A small inconvenience to me, but worth knowing about before you book. Also FYI there is no mirror in the apartment for doing hair & makeup, dressing. Mirror is in room nextdoor with toilet. Another small inconvenience, but manageable

Points positifs : The location is excellent! Quiet and safe street. The bed is comfortable and provides lots of space around the studio. Everything you could need is provided and the host was always available!

Points négatifs : The carpet was quite stained and could be replaced. Not the end of the world, but could make it feel cleaner than already was.

Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med leiligheten. Høyt under taket og stort vindu, samt perfekt beliggenhet.
