Points positifs : Emplacement parfait, calme , à proximité de tout. Belle décoration, literie confortable, cosy. Au 1er étage, très accessible et sécurisé. Je reviendrai !

This place is great when you want to explore the city

Points positifs : The location of the place is fantastic. Walking distance to many places you want to see while in Paris including Louvre. Close to a metro station, close to shops and lively street with cafes, bistros and restaurants. Nice restaurants located on the same street even. The place itsself has everything you need for your stay. The place is very spacious. I stayed in some places before and this one is huge for Paris :). It is comfy and nice but we really used only for sleep over as we stayed most of the time outside and as such it was perfect

Points négatifs : The bedroom window is overlooking the inner block of the building, basicly just walls so you just keep this one closed all the time. The windows in the main room are huge and beautiful however you still keep them closed at night because of the noise from outside. We travelled with our son so one person always had to sleep in this room and because of the bars and nite clubs under the windows you could hear people till the morning hours. But thats how it is when you stay in centre everywhere.

Points positifs : Everything was great! Very clean and beautiful apartment, the location was safe and central with many Parisian restaurants and bars nearby! Really beautiful neighbourhood! We will absolutely be back!

Points positifs : Proximity to restaurants, cafes, public transport and not too far to walk to the Louvre then on to many other attractions. Bonus was the washing machine!.

Points positifs : We are staying at Habitat Parisien for the second time at this location! A favorite place, on a favorite street with a hospitable host. The location could not be better! Rue Montorgueil is so charming, with wonderful patisseries, cheese shops, fruit shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything is just a step away! There are two close and convenient metro stations.The apartment is very comfortable, clean and with the typical Parisian charm! It has everything you need. The bedroom and sofa are super comfortable, with beautiful white linen. The bathroom looks small, but the shower cabin is spacious and very comfortable. Everything was great, just like the first time. Thank you for your hospitality Nicolas !We know where our Parisian home is😍

Points positifs : Location near to city facilities. Near to restaurants and groserie stores. Accessable public transport. Apartment is fully prepared for leaving with spices and oil for cooking

Points négatifs : Heating was to hot and was no instruction how to regulate heater. There was more that city could make bether like chlorinated tap water
