Would recommend for a family stay, good location and comfortable

Points positifs : Location is really good. Conveniently located for public transport and access to the Eiffel Tower. Local amenities for food and shopping are fantastic. Within few minutes there are good restaurants, cafes, bakers, grocers and convenience stores. The nearby commercial street has many stores for shopping. There is one jacuzzi bath on the group floor, separate shower downstairs, separate toilet. But beware there is only one toilet, not two like I originally assumed when I saw it is listed as two bathrooms. Shower pressure was great. The Jacuzzi worked well. There was even a popcorn machine! The coffee and tea kept us going. Loved the fact there were washing machine and dryer so for a longer stay (we stayed 8 nights) it was very helpful. We visited in December so needed electric heaters to keep the apartment warm.

Points négatifs : The front door lock can do with changing to something easier to use. It took us few days to get the hang of opening the front door with relative easy. It’s obviously a very secure lock system but my goodness it’s tough to open.

Perfect spot for a family to stay in Paris!

Points positifs : My family of four stayed here for 8 nights in Paris, and we absolutely loved it. Our 4-year-old slept on the pull-out couch and said it was super comfortable, and they also provided a pack and play for our 2-year-old, which made everything so easy. The layout worked really well for us. The smaller back bedroom was very dark and quiet—perfect for sleep—while the larger front room faced the street but was surprisingly peaceful. The street is small with very little traffic, so noise was never an issue. The location was also amazing. We used public transportation the entire trip (bus and metro), and everything was super convenient. There were so many great restaurants, pastry shops, and grocery stores within walking distance. We truly loved our stay here and would absolutely come back!

Points positifs : La ubicación podría ser un aspecto. También tiene un jacuzzi.

Points négatifs : El alojamiento es de alto riesgo de caída en altura por una escalera hacia la cocina-comedor. La ampliación de las instalaciones son inarmónicas. No cuenta con comedor, en realidad posee una sala estar con una mesa de centro que cumple una función parcial como mesa, por la altura y el tamaño. No tiene sillas. No es apropiado para personas mayores ni menos familias con niños. Solo tiene dos habitaciones ya que una cama pequeña y está en altura realmente no cuenta como cama.

Points positifs : Sicuramente gli spazi interni, le dotazioni di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, i letti molto comodi e la cura dei dettagli. La coccola delle cialde del caffè. Il silenzio, la zona comoda con i mezzi pubblici e piena di servizi. In particolare la disponibilità dei gestori.

Liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung mit bequemen Betten

Points positifs : Die Betten waren überragend gut. Ich habe selten in Frankreich in bequemeren Betten geschlafen. Die Unterkunft ist, Paris-typisch sehr klein, aber wunderbar geschickt aufgeteilt. Eine ganz bezaubernde Unterkunft.

Points positifs : 電子レンジ、オーブン、洗濯機、ジャグジー付きのお風呂、大きなテレビなど、快適に過ごせる設備が整っていた。 地下にリビングとキッチン、シャワールームがある作りになっていて、秘密基地のようでワクワクした。 4泊したが、2日目にはすでに第二の我が家のような居心地の良さを感じていた。 パリ市内を観光するのに便利な立地も魅力。

Points négatifs : しいていうならトイレットペーパーが2ロールしかなかったこと。大人4人で4泊するには足りない気がしたので、自分達で購入して補充した。 また、玄関の扉の鍵の開け方が難しい。チェックイン時にはオーナーに電話して、開け方のコツを教えてもらってようやく空いた。チェックインマニュアルだけでは難しい。
