Points positifs : Super emplacement. Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel, au calme.

Très bon séjour à cet endroit. Si je retourne à Paris je n’hésiterai à retourner à cet endroit.

Points positifs : Emplacement, propreté , équipements, suivi de l’hôte , calme des lieux sont vraiment très bien.

Points négatifs : Les passages pour se rendre à l’appartement sont quelque peu délabrés. Escaliers étroits et mal entretenus Toutefois , une fois rendu dans l’appartement tout est très bien.

Points positifs : Les propriétaires nous ont donné un guide étape par étape pour entrer dans l'appartement - c'était très facile ! L'appartement est propre, tout en style blanc, la cuisine a plus d'appareils que prévu, même une machine à laver. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait très bien !

Points positifs : C'était une expérience positive... le personnel était très professionnel... le studio était propre et bien équipé, en plus de son excellent emplacement sous la Tour Eiffel et à côté de nombreux cafés... Je peux le recommander à tous ceux qui veulent un excellent emplacement et un excellent traitement😍

Bon rapport qualité prix

Points positifs : L’emplacement, à 10 min à pied du métro et a quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel. Wifi fonctionnait bien, indications claires pour accéder à l’appartement. Quelques capsules à café nespresso gratuites à notre arrivée. Tranquille et pas de bruit la nuit (car pas directement sur la rue mais sur une cour intérieure).

Points négatifs : Les photos disponibles sur booking ne correspondent pas à l’appartement que nous avons eu. C’était semblable, mais les photos de l’appartement montré sur booking semblent mieux que ce que nous avons eu ( plus récent et plus grand). L’intérieur de l’appartement 40 aurait besoin d’un peu plus d’amour. Les comptoirs de la salle de bain et de la cuisine sont très usés, le divan du salon est aussi tres usé, le mur de la douche (pas en céramique) prend l’eau, les rideaux étaient partiellement cassés et ne permettaient plus de cacher les fenêtres complètement, etc. Certaines améliorations rendraient aussi le séjour plus confortable: davantage de vaisselles et des crochets pour faire sécher les serviettes (cuisine et salle de bain). Très petite cuisine pour cuisiner ce qui peut être difficile pour de plus longs séjours.

Would definitely stay again.

Points positifs : Wonderful location. The apartment had everything we needed. Clean. Alex responded quickly to any questions we had. Excellent host.

Points négatifs : The stairs could be a little challenging for some people.

Points positifs : Apartment is comfortable, right next to Eiffel and very safe location. We were really happy with this choice.

Points positifs : Very clean and warm apartment, perfect for a winter stay, with hot water available at all times. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. He also gave us clear and easy instructions both for entering the apartment and for finding the spare keys when we accidentally left ours inside. The location was excellent — just a 3-minute walk from the tower, close to restaurants and bakeries, bus stops and metro

Points négatifs : The only minor downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit difficult, though this is beyond the host’s control.

A perfect stay, couldn’t have asked for much more. 10/10 for the price, facility’s and location.

Points positifs : Was extremely close to the Eiffel tour, upon exiting the apartment block you could see the Eiffel Tower and had plenty of options for food

Points positifs : In this apartment, I really liked the location. It’s magical to live near the tower and be able to step outside and enjoy it both in the morning and in the evening. It feels very comfortable and wonderful. We came for two days just to be closer to the Eiffel Tower.

Points négatifs : I did not like that the bedroom with the shower was in one room — both the bedroom and the shower. This is uncomfortable when you are resting with a friend, and they could at least hang a curtain, in my view. And, as was written earlier, a very narrow staircase in the entrance, but we were ready for this. And if you have a suitcase, it will be uncomfortable.
