appartement fonctionnel très pratique pour un court séjour
Points positifs : l'emplacement: commerces, banques, Poste, parc à proximité; mon lieu de travail à 5 minutes à pieds appartement très fonctionnel belle vue de nuit sur la ville lumière tout le nécessaire dont on en a besoin préparé avec soins par le propriétaire le beau gentil chien du propriétaire
Points négatifs : taxe de 10E/nuit pour mon petit chat les voisins semblent avoir un problème avec le roulement de touristes dans cet appartement escalier roulant en panne ascenseur souvent en panne pour monter jusqu'au 25ème étage

Nice!
Points positifs : Mr Olivier, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. The location is very good with some landmarks within walking distance. With a great selection of restaurants around Place D'Italie which is only 2 minutes walk away. Oh, car parking available too!

Had a great stay, would recommend.
Points positifs : Very convenient location, very short walk to Metro station which has very good connections, including a direct line covering Gare du Nord. Points négatifs : There was no TV, but, to be honest, after a full day's sight seeing, this wasn't a big problem. The appartment has a few minor cosmetic issues, missing bathroom door, damaged plaster work, light fitting in bathroom insecure, a few missing skirting boards and architrave, a bit surprising considering Olivier is a constructor. This did not bother us at all, but might bother the fussy tenant.

An ideal place to stay, work, relax or just enjoy Paris.
Points positifs : Le 300 by Happy NoWorry is a fantastic place for a stay in Paris, be it tourism, leisure or work. the location very near place d'italie is very well served by many buses and metro lines, the surroundings are very nice, and the apartment itself is very nice, stylish, inspiring and clean - with an absolutely incredible view overlooking Paris, the Grande Bibliotheque and many other places of interest.

Ben situat, i amb piscina
Points positifs : Està ben situat, al costat del metro, a Pl d,Italie, a 30 minuts caminant del Phanteon, o a uns 30 minuts en metro de la Torre Eiffel. Té piscina a la planta superior, amb terrassa. L,apartament tenia tovalloles de sobres, també estris, cafè, sopa. L' Olivier ens van recomanar llocs per anar i resoldre qualsevol dubte que vam tenir, abans i durant l'estada. Fins i tot ens va encomanar el taxi a l'aeroport. Excepcional tracte.
Points négatifs : No funcionava la TV, però no era problema.

Gute Lage, tolle Aussicht,
Points positifs : Die Lage war optimal für uns, da wir aus der Schweiz mit drm eigenen Auto sngereist sind. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und flexibel, wss die Schlüsselübergabe anbelangt. Er hat und zu der Zeit empfangen, die wif nsch /x verschieben sngegeben haben. Die Aussicht war Ok, leider nicht suf den Eifelturm… wir durften das Hallenbad und den Fitnessraum benutzen und wir hatten für rinen Aufpreis von 25 € einen Parkplstz in der Tiefgarage. Der Vermieter hat und auch nich Tips sngegeben, wo und was gemacht werden kann. Es war Super…
