Everything else was fine with me and my family!

Points positifs : The apartment is nice. Everything is clean and cozy. Enough space for four people.

Points négatifs : There is a minus, l advise to make some kind of noise insulation and cover the windows, because a draft blows from them. Be prepared if you didn't pay much attention to the location and saw that it is the 3rd district. It is great that there are shops, bakeries and many different shops within walking distance, but it is far from the center. But if this is not a problem for you, then the apartment will suit you.

this is a fantastic apartment right in the center! you can do everything by foot! supermarket, coffee shops, bakery ever

Points positifs : hygiene, lovely beds! everything you need is there! staff very helpful!

Points négatifs : if you come by car it is very difficult to find a parking spot despite the fact that there is a parking garage nearby. early in the morning I could find a spot in the garage!

Points positifs : L'appartamento accogliente dotato di tutto per qualsiasi domanda ha Merveil subito ci ha risposto .tutti i collegamenti sono vicini .molto pulito e letti comodi bagno ok

Points négatifs : Un po' di schiamazzi la mattina presto per vicine ristrutturazioni

Points positifs : La posizione ottima con vicino le fermate della metro , tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze farmacia supermercato, tanti bar e ristoranti.

Points négatifs : Un po’ difficile prendere le chiavi perché siamo arrivati notte tarda

Nice flat in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Very nice and clean flat prepared with all the necessary amenities and well stocked with towels etc.

Points négatifs : No instructions how to get in, had to call multiple times, and was directed at last minute to a hotel in the area to fetch the keys.

Points positifs : Die Schlüsselübergabe war spannend, aber ist super in einem kurzen Video dokumentiert. Lage top, 2 Stationen vom Gare de l'Est entfernt und man startet direkt im schönen Marais Viertel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Points négatifs : Das Bad könnte einen Spiegel vertragen. Es waren aber genügend im Rest der Wohnung verteilt. Die Kaution von 1500 € empfanden wir als etwas übertrieben hoch. Diese, sowie die City Tax, ist über ein eigenes Portal vor Mietantritt zu entrichten/hinterlegen.
