Très bonne adresse

Points positifs : Appartement très propre avec du linge de lit et des serviettes comme neuves. La litterie est vraiment confortable. Le coin TV est parfait avec ses 2 fauteuils supplémentaires en plus du canapé lit. L'emplacement a proximité de nombreux restaurants etait très pratique. Nous reviendrons.

Excellent Airbnb

Points positifs : This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in, in Paris. The location is excellent, it’s very safe and lively. It’s close to a lot of Cafe’s and shops. We loved it and will definitely be coming back!

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente. El departamento está renovado recientemente. Todos los artefactos y utensilios son prácticamente nuevos. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Muy buena calefacción y agua caliente. La comunicacion con la anfitriona fue fácil, rápida y agradable.

Points négatifs : El departamento es en planta baja y no tiene vistas. Tiene ventanas en el techo.

Points positifs : Μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, σε τέλεια τοποθεσία και πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση (ισόγειο). Ασφαλές, ήσυχο με τέλεια διαρρύθμιση χώρων

Para sentirse parisino por un rato

Points positifs : El departamento es muy lindo, decorado con muy buen gusto. Estaba impecable y tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Volvería, sin duda!!

This cozy apartment had a big part in our wonderful vacation; we enjoyed it and had a great stay.

Points positifs : The location of this apartment was fantastic; in the centre of San Germain Pres, near St. Sulpice Church, which was important landmark for me due to his beauty and charm, and as well it provided easy access to the Right Bank and everything that Paris had to offer. I would stay here in a minute and hope to do so again, soon. Two important facts that I think put this apartment above the rest, and I have stayed in a few: the host was more than accommodating to me in helping me make sure I had an easy entry; she even drew me a map once inside the building, and she checked on me often. I felt like she really cared and she did, checking on me often. Also, this apartment had SPACE so we could actually walk around and have things to put away. One last thing; this apartment had a decent size dining room table so family and friends could actually sit down. It was great!

Points négatifs : One small suggestion; another shelf, perhaps in the hall between the kitchen and bathroom, would be beneficial. I read the comment that one traveler felt it wasn't an apartment and as it was on the first floor it seemed strange; this didn't bother me at all; it was actually convenient for daily in and out. Also, regarding the windows, it was noted at first but as we settled in it didn't become an issue. The beat part was at the end of the day we always felt like we were coming and home and were in our Paris home for our vacation. It was easy, safe, and fun.

Points positifs : Amazing location, easy to walk to many of the tourist sites. Near many restaurants and other shopping areas. Close to the metro for easy travel. Comfortable apartment and very pleasant and helpful hosts.

Points positifs : great location with tons of good food and shopping, walkable to Seine.
