Points positifs : I loved that every detail way carefully thought, everything was perfectly placed, the rooms were cleaned and well equipped with everything you needed. On top of that, even though the flat is located in a very central and busy road, you couldn’t hear anything at night! You made my WE perfect!
Points négatifs : Nothing special to be mentioned. Maybe for the future would be great to place in the bathrooms and toilette a fan to reduce humidity and bad smells. But this is really a minor comment.

Points positifs : The apartment is stunning! Very clean and comfortable for all guests. Very communicative and responsive owners with an extremely well built app-solution with rules, tutorial videos for almost everything in the apartment, and easy guides. Very nice location close to mostly everything we had interest in checking out in Paris. 10/10, would absolutely rent it again if we ever come back.

A Parigi con amici
Points positifs : Bellissima struttura nelle vicinanze del Pompidou. Il palazzo storico è stato ristrutturato internamente e l'appartamento al secondo piano presenta un salone con cucina a vista e divano letto, 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, di cui una dotata di bagno privato, e altri tre bagni di cui 2 dotati di water. L'ingresso dalla strada avviene tramite codice, mentre per le restanti porte interne vengono fornite delle chiavi. La cucina è dotata di tutto quanto necessario, incluso il bollitore e la macchina del caffè Nespresso con le relative cialde. L'ottima posizione fa di questa struttura la soluzione ideale come punto di appoggio per visitare Parigi.
Points négatifs : I bagni sono tutti ciechi (senza finestre) e non mi è parso di notare un aspiratore. Volendo trovare un punto di miglioramento, si potrebbe valutare di mettere un aspiratore, ma ammetto che questo non ha comunque creato nessun problema.

Attentive hosts, great location and nice accommodation.
Points positifs : The property host was extremely attentive and checked in multiple times. The details for how to enter the property were great especially because it was a little tricky. We appreciated all of the amenities in the apartment. The location was great for walking to cafes and getting an Uber to anywhere in the City. Definitely check out the Patisserie down the street.
Points négatifs : I wouldn’t say we didn’t like this, but it’s worth noting that the toilet is separate from the sink and shower in the master. It’s actually in the hallway to the kitchen and thus more of a shared toilet. This wasn’t a problem so much as something just different.

Geniale Lage im 3e Arr. Sehr schön eingerichtet.
Points positifs : 1a Lage, sehr schön dekorierte und großzügige Wohnung, zumindest für 2 Eltern und 3 Kinder, die jeweils eine eigene Schlafgelegenheit (Bett bzw. Ausziehcouch) hatten.
Points négatifs : Leichter Abzug bei der Ausstattung der Küche (keine Pfannen, Schneidbretter).

Świetny lokal dla grupy
Points positifs : Duże mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Czysto, przyjemnie. Trzy łazienki, w każdej żel do kąpieli, szampon do włosów i odżywka, zapas papieru toaletowego. Przestronny salon. Trochę niewygodna kanapa, na której trudno było siedzieć bo siedzisko się zsuwało. W kuchni ekspres na kapsułki z dużą ilością kapsułek. Mogłyśmy wcześniej zostawić bagaże, przed zameldowaniem. W okolicy liczne bary, restauracje. Jest też duży sklep spożywczy na przeciwko mieszkania.

Apartamento precioso en el centro de París
Points positifs : Un alojamiento increíble en el centro de la ciudad de París, con muchos restaurantes cerca. Es un apartamento precioso, muy bien decorado y con muchos detalles que demuestran que la vivienda se ha reformado con mucho mimo. Sin duda, muy recomendable.
Points négatifs : No tenía ascensor al ser un edificio antiguo.
