Tres bien pour un week end
Points positifs : Quartier tres calme mais vivant à 2 pas. Appartement tres fonctionnel, idéal pour un week end. Les lits sont faits, c'est propre. On y dort bien. Tout le necessaire est là. Salle de bains pratique avec les 2 douches. Le frigo était tombé en panne le matin de notre arrivée mais le propriétaire a été arrangeant en proposant une compensation. Merci
Points négatifs : Mes remarques ne doivent servir qu'à l'amélioration de la prestation et n'entachent en rien la qualité du logement et le plaisir d'y être allé: Il manque une notice pour l'utilisation des 3 TV avec la box Les chambres sont tres bruyantes car elles donnent sur la rue (c'est surement un ancien magasin avec vitrine et portes vitrées) on entend parler les piétons!, prévoir un renforcement de l'insonorisation ainsi que de l'occultant sur toutes les vitres car les rideaux sont tirés en permanence pour eviter que la rue regarde l'intérieur de l'appartement. Du coup lumière artificielle en continu. La séparation d'avec la rue par une simple vitrine est assez anxiogène.

Perfect for a few days in Paris
Points positifs : The fact that there are 2 showers was nice and quite useful! The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and everything was clean!

Fantastic location and all the amenities you need.
Points positifs : Location was fantastic. Apartment had all of the amenities needed and beds were very comfortable.
Points négatifs : A bit of a stale smell in the apartment. No wifi but we were offered some money back.

Points positifs : Kurzes Video mit Erklärung wie man das Apartment betreten kann/wie man den Schlüssel bekommt Tolle Ausstattung, relativ Gute Lage (in der Nähe einer Metro Station
Points négatifs : Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Badezimmer abzuschließen, was etwas unpraktisch sein könnte.

Great location with modern amenities
Points positifs : Great location within 20 to 40 minutes walk of many key sites in Paris, and a comfortable hour to 1.5 hour stroll away from so much more. The place was small and had simple, modern items for kitchen and bedrooms.
Points négatifs : We had a little challenge with street sounds until we closed the windows, but we found it helped the air quality to leave both windows open in the day. There wasn’t a working laundry machine, but we found many excellent laundry services in the neighbourhood. With the sofa bed open, the kitchen was tight to get into.

Points positifs : Localização, o apartamento além de muito charmoso está em uma excelente localização com mercados, farmácias, restaurantes e pontos de metro e ônibus. O check-in e o check-out foram feitos de maneira rápida e prática. As instalações estavam bem limpas e aconchegantes. Ótimo custo benefício.
Points négatifs : Acredito que se tivesse uma máquina que lava e seca séria melhor, porém isso não atrapalhou nossa estadia, apenas facilitaria caso tivesse.

Roomy apartment for 3 or 4 guests. Comfortable and clean with Metro access to all the major tourist attractions.
Points positifs : Lots of room, separate bedrooms. Big bathroom with two showers tho we used only one. Beds, towels, linens were great and plentiful. Quiet, location, close to restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and groceries. We did need to use the Metro to get to major tourist attractions but this was clearly laid out in the booking information.
Points négatifs : There was a problem with the WiFi so we didn’t have any while there. Maxime made every attempt to fix this and gave us a refund of 35 Euros for our 4 nights there. Funny smell, we think due to some leaking pipes in the hallway entrance.

Lokalizacja i czuliśmy się bezpiecznie
Points positifs : Lokalizacja, blisko sklepy (Auchan), przystanki bus i metra. Apartament wygląda tak jak na zdjęciu, czysty. Wszystko było dobrze przygotowane na pobyt 5 osób. Dziękuję
Points négatifs : Problem z wifi i czasem był nieprzyjemny zapach
