Fantastic location and comfortable flat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Points positifs : The space in the flat was great. Even though the second bathroom was tiny it was great to have a second bathroom. The location of the flat was fantastic. Close to Metros, shops and attractions. We loved it

Points négatifs : Whilst there was no car noise there were some noisy people in the block of flats. But that was not major.

Overall great experiance :)

Points positifs : Great location, nice atmosphere, perfect for a group of friends, no problem with the noice.

Points négatifs : The boiler in one of the bathrooms was switching off all the time so we didn't have hot water all the time. Also the toilet paper was not enough and we had to buy more.

Apartamento muy bien situado y agradable

Points positifs : Las camas y almohadas son cómodas, dejaron bastantes toallas y jabón de aseo ,está muy bien situado, a 5 min de la avenida de los Campos Elíseos y tiene un carrefour express y un franprix a 8 min. Tiene ascensor, aunque muy pequeño, solo caben 2 adultos. Tiene grandes ventanales que dan a un patio interior bastante grande, no da sensación de agobio. Aunque sea interior entra bastante luz por los ventanales y tiene muy bastante lámparas para iluminar muy bien la estancia.

Points négatifs : El termo del agua caliente del cuarto de baño grande no funcionaba correctamente, se duchaban dos personas y ya salía fría, en el cuarto de baño pequeño no había ningún problema. Los taburetes altos de la mesa del salón son incómodos. El sofá si es cómodo

Points positifs : La ubicación. Estaba en un lugar excelente. Facilita mucho el turismo el no tener que desplazarse lejos cuando ya se está cansado de andar todo el día

A nice stay in Paris

Points positifs : Great location, close to Arc de Triumph, Champs Elysée. Many shops, restaurants, in neighborhood. Close to metro and busses. Beautiful historic property. Comfortable.

Points négatifs : Bedding and towels had stains, portable a/c units in main living space did not work and were VERY loud. A washing machine would have been wonderful, but no space for one. Messaged the management company on recommending a laundry nearby and they responded they didn’t know of one but they’d let us know. They never did. Living area window was VERY difficult to latch shut if opened for much needed air. Could use more living room furniture for renters to sit and relax ( one sofa the fit 3 adults when apartment sleeps 6-7 people.)
