Clean, modern and warm Apartment within easy reach of Paris great attractions
Points positifs : Great location, within walking distance to many attractions and a couple of minutes from the nearest Metro. Property was clean modern and very warm. Host was quick to respond to all correspondence.
Points négatifs : Kitchen limited to one hot plate and microwave for cooking. Plenty of very good restaurants and supermarkets close by so only an issue if you enjoy cooking your own meals.

Perfect for a city break! Would return! Amazing communication from hosts
Points positifs : Excellent location, versatile space which managed to serve two adults and two children. Great outdoor space with smell of bakery!
Points négatifs : The only thing we could have wanted would have been somewhere to hang coats e.g. coat rack/ hanging hooks. We really enjoyed our stay

Points positifs : The location is great! 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, less than 10 minutes to Invalides and Le Pont Alexandre III. Lots of places to eat near the appartment, brasserie right next to the entrance of the building! Very quiet and cosy place, there's everything you may need in the appartment! I recommend the place 100%!

Great location and nice apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower right outside the front door.
Points positifs : Location was amazing. Place was clean and had everything needed. The owners were responsive and helpful. They offered a late checkout when our flight was delayed.
Points négatifs : No elevator to take up our suitcases. Construction prohibited us using the outdoor terrace. Would be nice to have instructions in English for the washer/dryer.

Mooie locatie, fris appartement
Points positifs : Mooi modern ingericht, fijne locatie. Je stapt de deur uit en kijkt zo op de eifeltoren uit. Leuke eettentjes in de buurt en metro dichtbij.
Points négatifs : Was even een punt om de juiste deur te zoeken en de code werkte niet, gelukkig werden we binnen gelaten door bewoners. maar werd supersnel opgepakt door verhuurder.

A great stay in the perfect location.
Points positifs : The location was excellent, as was the communication with the host. Very easy check in/out process. The apartment was well stocked, had lots of storage room, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Points négatifs : Nothing really.

Nice Cozy Parisian Home
Points positifs : The location is super great. And the rooms are spacious. The bed and the sofa bed are really comfortable. Super clean. The staff even did us a big favor to let us came in early to store the luggage. That was super sweet. I always wanted a typical Parisian room, that's exactly what I want.
Points négatifs : I am a light sleeper person, so my kids sleep on the inside bed and I slept on sofa bed in the living room, it's very bright because of the white gauze curtain. And during the time I visited Paris, it has the heat wave, so I understand the room has no air conditioner, we have to open the windows to sleep, if the weather is cool, it should be nice, but I smell the bakery downstairs early at 3 am due to all our windows were open.
