Amazing apartment!

Points positifs : Excellent location, big apartment with big independent rooms, photos are real, fully equipped. Great hostage.

Points positifs : 4-bedroom spacious flat comfortably accommodating 8 people, clean and reasonably equipped, location a very convenient walk to metro and Champs Elysees with various restaurants and bars nearby, and an artisan boulangeri opposite the flat perfect for fresh bread for breakfast !

Points négatifs : Street parking is conveniently in front of the building, however, securing a space can be a bit hit and miss. Nothing else !

Spacious and comfortable.

Points positifs : The beds were excellent, most comfortable out of our entire European tour, the host service delightful, and the extra kitchen appliances were very appreciated. Location was good excluding street noise.

Points négatifs : Street noise but I got use to it after the first few nights. Easy to ignore with the ultra comfortable bedding provided.

Amazing Stay

Points positifs : This Appartement is really amazing. Super near to arc de triumph and really huge. Enough space for 4couples. Definetely better as a hotel!!! It is really as beautyfull as the pictures show. It is superclean and the contact is also helpfull and flexible. The appartement has a nice kitchen and modern electronic devices.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Owner was very flexible and allowed us to check in early on arrival and check out late on departure. Apartment is very well equipped- had everything you could need for a weekend away.

Points négatifs : Due to the central location of the apartment, the road is noisy- bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Delightful emotions from coziness and comfort!

Points positifs : This is a very good place to stay! Taking care of us began from the moment the booking was confirmed. Comfortable check-in, maximum detailed instructions, very clean and cozy. From the street in the next house there is a bakery with excellent pastries. We were very pleased with this selection of apartments and of course we can confidently recommend them to our friends. Thank you so much !

The apartment as a whole is very good

Points positifs : Excellent location, clean room, and beautiful, exquisite decoration. The apartment faces the street and isn't very quiet, but it doesn't affect us because we get up very early. Overall, the apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious.

Points négatifs : Some windows cannot be locked, which makes us a bit worried. There are some damages on the floor and walls, but they don't affect us. During check-out, there were some unpleasant incidents. But the place as a whole is very good.
