Worth coming back
Points positifs : The location is super! Everything you need is just a few steps away. Metro, café, Boulanger, Montparnasse.
Points négatifs : The second douche smelled a little musty. But everything else was perfect.

Fantastic place to stay, would recommend.
Points positifs : Excellent location, it was 1 min from metro station 4 which really helped as I travelled with kids and old parents. The apartment had all facilities except an iron. It was clean and there was enough bed linen and towels. The air conditioning was good.
Points négatifs : The host send a video which was useful but the lockbox was different in the video so it took us 5 min to figure out how to open this lock box. The video needs updating. There was little body wash bottles but it would have been better to provide a pump or soap for handwash ( we bought one ourselves)and the kitchen sink drain lid was broken which means in future it can get blocked so that needs changing.

Lovely cosy apartment excellently situated to explore Paris.
Points positifs : Perfectly located in a lovely area of the 6th arrondissement, 40m walk from st placide metro station. The musee Rodin was a 20 minute walk away, and it was also possible to walk to the musee d’orsay. The apartment was well equipped and secure. It was also quiet despite being located on a busy street. The beds were large and comfortable and towels plus linen were provided. Myself and my family had a very pleasant stay.
Points négatifs : A little cold in the evenings.

Points positifs : Apartment is large enough for our family of 5 with two bathrooms which was a bonus. Location was good, near multiple metro train stations. There's a pharmacy, bakery, crepe, Asian restaurant next door. Monop grocery is within a 10 mins walks. House equipped with coo ware, Necessity coffee pod, towels, shampoo, etc. Washer was a bonus and has multiple racks to dry clothes
Points négatifs : One of the bedroom has a basement which was a little creepy and mild sewage smell in that shower room as well. Aprtment on lower level, so can hear toilet flushing and steps from above floors.Would be nice to have detergent for laundry. All in all, was a pleasant stay

Excelente ubicación y se agradece la calefacción. Limpio y acogedor.
Points positifs : La ubicación excelente, metros y servicios cerca, próximo al centro histórico, calefacción buena y anfitriona muy atenta
Points négatifs : Solo se puede ventilar desde la puerta de acceso, había bastante domótica y algunos controles no funcionaban, una habitación (pequeña) con calefacción mala y leve ruido molesto.

Location, location, location
Points positifs : The location was exceptional, with Metro steps away and across the street are fruit stands and yummy pastry and baguette store. We enjoyed having 3private bedrooms, 2bathrooms and a washing machine. The space was modern and spacious.
Points négatifs : I feel it was a little over our budget but the location and amenities were worth it.

Points positifs : Tudo foi excelente. Localização ( ao lado de metrô, padaria/delicatessen, mini mercado, farmácia, várias lojas, restaurantes), o apartamento muito organizado e confortável. Silencioso, moderno!

Points positifs : Appartamento comodo e spazioso. Piano terra posizione ottima
Points négatifs : Era un po’ freddo due termosifoni non funzionavano anche se c’erano stufe elettriche non bastavano a scaldare. Una stanza non si chiudevano le tende la mattina c’era luce

Points négatifs : Sarebbe utile avere qualche punto di appoggio nelle camere (sedie o tavolini).
